I walked into this store & the guy with glasses and black hair wasn’t helpful at all! No customers at all in store but myself and he couldn’t even recommend anything and any question I had was answered by a short answer. He basically just wanted me to be in and out and bothered by every question I asked him. Horrible service

Khan at the Newbury St location in Boston was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Very professional and pleasant. The best customer service I have encountered in a very long time. Would definitely recommend.

The store on Newbury St in Boston and the people working here were super friendly and helpful though it was a very busy Sunday afternoon. They repaired my glasses beautifully and without charging for it, though I said I was more than happy to pay for the repair.

Highly recommend this place! The team is friendly, efficient, and truly dedicated to providing top-notch service. Called for a same day eye exam appointment and the reception was helpful with getting me in asap.
Dr. Mathias conducted a very thorough and professional eye exam, taking the time to explain everything clearly. She was super attentive to my care. I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process.
After my eye exam, Makayla C. was incredibly helpful in assisting me with selecting the perfect pair of glasses. She was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely approachable to make the entire experience stress free.
Great place with honest and intelligent staff!

Walked to ask about a really minor issue about new pair of glasses that I ordered online and needs just a minor tweak that I believe can be done in a minute. But instead of even trying to take a single look at what I wanted to show, they told me that the system is separate for in-store and online purchases and that they won’t be able to help me and something about returning online that takes weeks blablabla. And after I got home and checked online, guess what? The website told me to find a in-person store location and start the return process! It seems to me that the staff that saw me didn’t want to handle anything that would not result in a sale for them.

I was in an emergency situation: one of the lenses of my glasses fell out. I wasn't able to fix it, even though I had a tool kit for it and did succeed fixing it in the past. I went to LensCrafters on Newburry Street in Boston. One of the sales associate, Khanh fixed it in just a few minutes. I'm very grateful for her expertise and professionalism - and the speed of fixing the problem. I have a very important work event later today and it is essential to have my glasses operational. Huge thank you to Khanh!! And to LensCrafters! They help out their customers in these kind of situation free of charge on the glasses they purchased there.

I went to the store (after reading so many positive reviews) because I accidentally damaged my sunglasses and was looking to fix them . Tania helped me; amazing service, very kind and knowledgeable . Definitely recommend
