Toni was extremely attentive and patient. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the right fit and the perfect pair of jeans. His service made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Visited on Monday, December 22, between 8:30–9 PM.
I want to start by saying that Tony on the floor was absolutely excellent. From the very beginning, he was genuinely helpful, patient, and supportive with my choices. His attitude and professionalism made the shopping experience genuinely enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the experience changed at the register. The woman working there, who I believe was a supervisor, came across as very cold and disengaged. There was a noticeable lack of warmth or basic human interaction.
Even after purchasing two pairs of 501 jeans, I simply asked for a cup of water because I was honestly really thirsty. The response I got was just a head shake and a flat no. No explanation, no courtesy.
At the end of the day, it was just a cup of water. It costs nothing, but it says a lot. That small moment completely shifted the feeling of the experience.
Still, even if two pairs of jeans weren’t enough to qualify me for a cup of water at the register, I’ll take the win, I walked out with two solid pairs. Thanks, Tony. 🤜🤛

I visited the store this evening for a return and I must say the person at the counter was very rude and I can very well say that he was not trained well to speak to customers. He did not answer my questions appropriately and his tone was absolutely very rude. I felt unwelcome and I left the store immediately. Plrase make sure you have the right personal at the counter and also please do train them on customer service and how to soeak to customer. I will not step into this store again.

Love this store. Was greeted by an employee as soon as I entered the store and was checked in with regularly by employees to make sure I didn’t need help with anything. The staff was helpful when I needed a certain size, and the store is clean and tidy, and the manager, Michael, was very kind and considerate and seemed like a very hands on manager that makes sure things are running smoothly in this store. I come here regularly as well as my family and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Store experience was amazing, came in Saturday 11/08/2025 and it was a busy day but even then the store manager Michael attended me and gave me an amazing experience. Michael really tailored my experience and helped me find the best fit. I hope this review can be passed along to other store locations because they can take a thing or two from Michael people skills and interactions.

I was at the store last Sunday. No customers yet not one staff member greeted me. They just stood there while I browsed. I wanted to try on some things but felt unwelcome, so I left & I will never go back. If I could I would give 0 stars.
