Really not happy with Julius and my overall experience at this location. Do not trust Julius, especially when he tells you "not to worry" or that "it will be fine." When you hear those phrases, you SHOULD worry because it will NOT be fine.We had to file FOUR times before Julius got it right. Four times. To make matters worse he made promises regarding the advance loan that he was not in a position to make or to keep. He stated that even with bad credit we would be approved for a loan based on the amount of the refund. He further stated we would receive the funds within 24 hours of approval. Neither of those were true. The amount I was approved for was significantly less than if i'd gone with Turbo Tax. Worse still, it will not be deposited into my account until sometime next week!When confronted about this Julius told me the funds have been deposited into my account but it's up to my bank to release them. Upon contacting my bank I have now found that is yet another lie. Stay away from him. He'll say whatever he needs to to get your business but he won't follow through.All said and done I will also be having almost $1000 removed from my refund to pay this con artist. Do not do business here. Dishonest and untrustworthy.

Zena is the best and most professional Tax Preparer of all time. She is phenomenal at what she does and she will ensure you get a great tax return. Zena is very friendly, very attentive, very caring, very experienced, has a great sense of humor, has wonderful people skills, and makes you feel absolutely comfortable. You will be blessed to have her do your taxes. Not to mention, you are provided free candy, hot chocolate, and coffee while your taxes are being prepared. Pursuing Zena to do your taxes is highly recommended!!!

In the very beginning the members of this office were all friendly and smiling I'm assuming that's the bait and switch as soon as I was gained as a customer the etiquette over the phone was terrible anytime I called the office it seemed as though I was bothering the office manager and the staff what's simple questions here we are in April the only thing I receive from the government was a letter indicating that I owed back taxes all of which was never told to me in the office terrible experience I guess that was $800 well spent
