I bought this one when it was on sale for my GF and she really loves the design and quality with the price. Those ladies in shop were nice that asked me whether pack it as gift. Thank you, I will come again in future. We are from China and Canada.

They are supposed to fix the corners of your bag for you if it starts to show signs of wear. I brought my bag to the Newbury location and the girl working literally chuckled and said they only do that for very minor wear. It was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. The damage to my bag was very minor (just small holes at the corners.) I took it to another location and they fixed my bag without issue. Would not go to this location again.

I unfortunately didn’t get the name of the young woman that helped me, but she was incredibly kind and answered all my questions. Definitely will be stopping in again the next time in town. They had a great selection and I found the size and color bag I had been looking for and was having a hard time finding!

I appreciate that the product arrived on date! Image on website vs. product received in mail are the shared pics. Different color. Not same presented quality. Not similar finish of line green on edges.

I was looking for a specific color in the le pliage line so I called the store to see if they have it available. Kai, one of their store associates, was super nice on the phone and quickly found the bag that I was looking for. Kai greeted me the minute I walked into the store. She wrapped the bag nicely and walked around the counter to hand the item to me with both hands. Excellent customer service. Really enjoyed my experience shopping at this location.

The most horrible experience. The customer service is exceptionally bad. I made a purchase at the Boston, Newbury street store 2 weeks back for a bag being shipped to me directly from another location. I was told that i will receive tracking information via email ( which i did not receive ) - I called the customer executive after 1.5 weeks and was told that the bag was shipped and she would call me back shortly to provide a tracking number ( I never received a call). I recently moved to the Back Bay Area just a few blocks away. I love Longchamp, and was excited that one of my favorite brands was so close by.When I walked in I was not greeted by anyone. When I asked a question (blonde woman, appears to be the manager), she seemed annoyed by my presence. Or that I was even asking her a question. The other staff member was very pleasant, so perhaps I may return. But it is very disheartening to go into a store that you love, and be treated that way. I shop at Longchamp frequently but I’m not sure I will be returning to this store. It is not hard to be kind to people. Everyone should feel welcome but I guess someone didn’t get the memo.

I had a great experience yesterday when I headed to the Newbury St. Longchamp shop yesterday. I entered the shop with specifics of what I was looking for, and was not there to browse. In that regard, the two staff ladies were friendly and efficient, knew their stock well, and were able to direct me quickly to what I needed: a compact/slim wallet in my signature royal blue, with cash storage that can manage taller-profile Euro currencies and longer US currency, interior space for only a few credit cards, and coin storage on the outside. When someday we can resume European travel, I prefer the exterior coin storage for Paris Metro tickets and coins that doesn't give away what's interior! Just what I needed.

This is one of the smallest/unpleasant Longchamp stores that I have ever visited. The service here is mediocre, the staff absolutely do not care about their customers. I have visited a couple times and was turned off by the snotty staff. There is a manager at this store that is not friendly at all who needs a major attitude adjustment. I am never going to buy from this store.Update ** I learned that girls name is Stephanie. Such an unprofessional and extremely rude person.

Me and my friend happened to pass by while walking to a bubble tea place in newbury street. She loves this brand and I didn't know they actually have a store in the Boston area. We decided to stop by and check the store since it wasn't busy that time. We were asking if they have that bag that we saw online was also in the store, unfortunately they don't. But the lady there was really helpful. She helped us and answered our questions about certain bags. It was a good experience and might come Back next time when they have a sale
