Horrible experience. I walked in and was treated very poorly. The sales associate looked down her nose at me then followed me around the store as if i was trying to steal something. when i asked another sales person about a bag he looked at me like i had no idea what i was talking about. Don't judge a book by its cover is something they need to remember.

Loved it! The client service member was knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. We were shopping to celebrate a milestone event, and just like always, Louis Vuitton's services are impeccable. We usually frequent the NY flagship store, so visiting the Boston location was a new experience for us.

I visited this LV location last Saturday and had a wonderful experience! I was super nervous to shop at such a high-end store when I am not a high-end gal, but the sales associates made me feel very comfortable.When I entered, an associate greeted me and put my name on a list to speak to someone 1 on 1. Once I was introduced to my associate, I told him what I was looking for specifically but then the overall vibe in case he had something else in mind. He quickly pulled all of the bags, explained pros and cons of each and gave me more than enough time to check each out and make an informed decision.I would highly recommend this LV to others who are looking to purchase their first luxury bag!

I don’t know if this is a company policy or just this location. But I brought back my gold empreinte bracelets to change their cords. The sales associate brought out bags of pre cut cords to select colors they had available. I selected the colors and then she told it it’ll take 3-4 business days! To make two slip knots? Really?? Cartier does it within minutes for the cord bracelets I have from them. And I know Cartier is a different company all together but it’s just a damn knot. They have the cords available. I told her I can make the knots myself if she just gives me the cords. She said no, they are the only ones who can do the knots. Which is utterly ridiculous. Won’t be coming here again.

Went there to exchange a wallet. It seems my business didn’t impress them and I got completely ignored. My associate showed me several options reluctantly and didn’t bother to talk to me. Her eyes and mind were on somewhere else the entire time. I feel sorry for her being such money-driven. I do recommend the one in Natick Mall though.

I'm surprised to see some negative reviews. I love this store and their customer service is top notch! no pressure at all, but just a lovely store. I have a beautiful tote that my husband bought for my birthday. Afree 2 years of seasonal use the handles were showing wear. They sent it out for service, it was ready sooner than expected and the repair and return shipping was complementary. Thank you LV

I have very mixed thoughts about this location. I was greeted right away asking if there was anything I was looking for. I explained I was just looking around and would be looking at wallets in a little bit. I was quickly pushed towards the wallets first. The two employees standing at the case tried selling me on quite a few before I said I wanted to look around first. Everytime I stopped to just look at something, someone would come by and try to sell it. I don’t like the feeling of being sold which is why I wait to work with someone until I know what I want to purchase. I would recommend the location in the Natick Mall over this one anytime. Always had a great experience purchasing there.

Decent place with nice stock, DO NOT GO TO RYAN. Least helpful associate I’ve ever had. Doesn’t answer texts after a sale. Looks like I need to find another rep who actually likes to sell product. Shame, as my local Ohio store is awful.

The service provide at this store is remarkable. And Gary, the store manager, is simply amazing. He did not only find a reasonable solution to my issue, but he also made sure I was completely satisfied and went above and beyond from the first moment we interacted. He was patient, knowledgeable and caring, you can clearly see that he genuinely cares about the costumers and his team at the store.I’ve visited other LV stores here in MA, but no other compares to the level of professionalism, and amazing service they provide here. If you are thinking about purchasing something and want the full luxury experience this is definitely the location! I can’t say enough good things about Gary and his lovely team ♥️

On Sep 10, 2023, we visited Louis Vuitton Boston Copley to make a purchase of a Color Blossom Mini Star Ring. The color variation we preferred is a white with little pink, but not completely pink. At the store, we double checked with the store associate when placing the order, and was assured that the order of the right item was in place. We paid the full amount at the time.On Sep 16, 2023, we went to the store to pick up my order. However, we saw the ring arrived has mother of pearls completely whtie, and explained to the associate that we wanted a ring of white with little pink variation. The store associate told us that the white mother of pearls all have different variations, some white, some with a bit of pink variation. It just turns out that the white ones arrived for this order. The associate offered to return and reorder one to see if it comes with some pink variation. We accepted the explanation and proceeded with the exchange order.On Sep 24, 2023, we arrived at the store to pick up the ring again. After sitting in the store for 15 minutes, the associate finally brought the ring to us. We tried it and am satisfied with the color. While packing, the store associate told us there is an overdue amount of $265.63. We were extremely surprised that there is any amount overdue, given the purchase receipts clearly show 0 overdue. The associate explained to us that the previously associate ordered the wrong one for us, and the one with pink variation is $250 more expensive. Unaccepting this ridiculous explanation, we recounted the experience with the previous two associates from Sep 10 and Sep 16, and said the explanation was inconsistent with what we were told before. The associate repeated the explanation, and said he could not explain what the two previous associates said, as they were not here. After a few rounds of failed negotiations, we had no way but to ask for a full refund and angrily leave the store.We are extremely confused, frustrated and disappointed at the quality of customer service provided by Louis Vuitton Boston Copley.We do not understandIf the price was quoted wrongly in the first place,1. why after so many checking and reassuring, the wrong price was quoted on Sep 102. why, upon returning to the store on Sep 16, the associate did not discover the discrepancy in price, but said white mothers of pearls come with different variations, and just placed the exchange order for us.3. why, if the same type of ring is ordered, the one that is presented to me is a different type and $250 more expensive.We have no way to resolve these ridiculous things. We have had the worst customer experience in a retail store in many years. When we placed the order on Sep 10, 2023 and paid the full amount, Louis Vuitton and we entered into an agreement and Louis Vuitton should provide me with the product we ordered. However, we are treated with ill explanation, inconsistency, deception and negligence. Louis Vuitton failed to adhere to the basic principle of retail service, which is credibility.Unfortunately, due to this extremely unpleasant series of store experiences, we would never visit Louis Vuitton stores in our life.
