Nice shop, friendly employees, and great service. My wife and I had a good experience, they didn't have my size in a 410 black so I left my name and number. That was close to 3 weeks ago, you would think they'd gotten at least 1 pair of black jeans in by now.Oh well there's always online shopping.

I will seldom buy jeans from anywhere but Lucky Brand since buying my first pair a few years ago. That’s partially because they are such great quality, but also because their associates are always so great and helpful! Crystal and Giu at this location were no exception. They were able to find exactly what I was hoping for, while Crystal gave great feedback. That was extra helpful since I was shopping alone. Next time I want to buy jeans, I will be back and looking for them!

The service was amazing. As soon as we entered the store we had help from a sale representative, she was pretty much able to guess the pants sizes and even picked out a bunch for us to try on and they had a great deal happeningSomething like spend $100 and get 25 off (Described as buying two pairs of jeans and getting the 2nd half off since we were buying jeans)

GUI! He was incredibly helpful from the moment he greeted us in the store. I am the type of gal that is “fashionably challenged” if you will. My shorter stature makes it difficult to find a pair of denim shorts that fit comfortably YET he made it happen. He went above and beyond to make sure I found what I wanted and helped me place an online order as they didn’t have the style I preferred in store. I will certainly be back because of Gui! His hospitality, patience and kindness were certainly appreciated and have created a long time customer.
