I'm not really a Lululemon girl. It was my birthday and I decided to splurge. The ENTIRE staff there made me feel so seen. I mentioned at the dressing room that I'd never been in a Lululemon store before and that it was my birthday and she must have shared with the staff privately with each other on the walkies and got me a birthday card and brought it to me while I was shopping they helped me pick out the cutest outfit and gifted me something for my birthday it was an experience that I'll remember for a lifetime in a period of my life where I have struggeld to be viewed and take up space. When I'm in town on Newbury Street I will never not stop in and buy something and say hello to the beautiful women that operate it.

Okay lulu is great I think we can all agree on this. My pants recently were ripped off my legs when my bike chain broke. The pair I bought online was too long so I was able to get it to this store and get it hemmed. If you have an Amex platinum card make sure to take advantage of your $75 credit each quarter or use it to buy your partner a nice gift 🎁. Thanks!

I shop this store a lot but my experience today was unlike anything else. I walked in and three associates were sitting on the tables/drawers and unwilling to help. I was struggling to find my size and at no point did anyone greet me or offer to help. After I walked in, they did greet a few other customers at bare minimum. I had an exchange with me and was wearing all lulu so I’m fully understanding the snub and lack of help. I was looking for run shorts and unable to find my size, I did try waving down one of the girls seated on the drawer with no success. I ultimately completed my exchange but nothing fit properly and I’ll need to go back - to prudential this time. Overall very unwelcoming and the most unpleasant experience I’ve had after shopping this store for years.

I’m extremely disappointed in how Lululemon handled my recent customer service issue. I purchased a pair of Align leggings in 2021 under their original lifetime quality guarantee, which was a key reason for my purchase. The leggings are now falling apart — with seam issues and heavy pilling — despite being properly cared for.
When I reached out, Lululemon refused to honor the original warranty, citing their updated 1-year policy (which I was never notified about). I asked for documentation proving I had been informed, and instead of answering, they told me they would no longer respond. I escalated my concern, but never received a response.
It’s unacceptable to retroactively change a warranty without informing customers, then ignore reasonable questions. As a loyal customer of 8+ years, I’m incredibly disappointed by the lack of accountability and professionalism. I expected better.

Had never been to any branded store before so had no idea about the product lines. I was greeted and several employees were all independently helpful and approachable. Really great first brand experience. They translated what I said I wanted into several options.

Just came here to share how much nicer the folks at Prudential Center are than this one (Newbury)
Not surprised to see a number of reviews already say the same
Issue seems to be the management of the store, especially the manager Allie, who doesn’t seem to get customer service
Avoid this location if at all possible

I don't usually write reviews, but the service at this chain and this store in particular is so horrendous that I would like to warn anyone from setting a foot in this store. Avoid at all costs! And think twice if it's worth paying premium for what really is completely subpar service.

Among all the Lululemon stores I’ve visited, this has to be the worst. The customer service is well below expectations, and they’re out of stock on many items. At this point, I’d recommend just shopping through their online store.

Educator Laura was texting instead of saying hello or answer any questions. On top of ignoring everyone walking in she proceeded to run over to another employee to gossip during which time the manager on duty did nothing to redirect her attention towards helping guests

The store is well kept unlike its sister store nearby. But the service here is not on par with other stores. Too many women discussing their life choices with each other whilst they literally ignore you to finish their conversations with each other.
