I came here to get hemming done on my pants. I had 5 pairs to cut one inch on all pants of same size. Came on Saturday, and staff notes that the store has a policy to only take 2 pairs for hemming per weekend day to save their time. However, I am not sure how I would have wasted their time with the same instruction on all. At the end, I have to come back and waste my time and their time again. Not a pleasant experience that I would have expected at Lululemon.

Stopped by Wednesday night and was helped by Tyler to pick a gift for my partner. He knew what he was talking about with respect to sizing, material, and new releases. Only store open past 8, too.

Called and asked if they sold “collar stays.” Person who picked up the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. I am a regular customer but this irks me. Recommend doing a review of how your staff treats customers.

Friendly and energetic staff. Has both men’s and women’s clothing. Alterations done on sight. However you may not get them back that day.

Truly love this store! Staff is so nice and everything is always so neat and clean. My favorite Lululemon store on the east coast for sure!

The manager, Jennifer, at this location is awful. Had a quality issue with an item I purchased at the location. Was treated with complete disdain, and told to deal with it online or by calling. I tried calling and she then told me I had to leave the store. The customer service person I spoke to said they could have helped me in store, so she just chose not to.

This store had a lot to offer as far as the variety in leggings, shirts, apparel, shoes, and jackets. The staff was also friendly as they helped me try on two different pair of shoes. I also found some good deals on the sale rack here so that made it an overall positive experience.

The store was really clean and well-maintained. They had Lululemon shoes for women and a good balance between men's and women's clothing. The staff was very nice and helpful. Had a really good experience buying here.

OMG! Between the manager and the woman at the register I have NEVER received such FANTASTIC service! They guy who reviewed before me is a rude human @$$ h0lè and is poor.
