I've been a training client of Cade Frodel's for several months, and I'm a big fan. After years of lifting, I had hit a plateau. Cade came up with long-term plan for me -- complete with tailored workouts that changed every ~2 weeks -- that resulted in rapid gains, finally breaking that plateau. I highly recommend Cade to anyone interested in personal training.

Cade is a top tier personal trainer; I couldn't recommend him more to anyone looking to really focus in on their fitness goals. He has a keen understanding of exercise technique and targets our workouts to address my individual goals. Super easy to get along with and makes my workouts engaging, fun, and effective. I've seen a huge change in my fitness since starting with him only a couple months ago- overall an awesome trainer!

Exceptional fitness club. Great variety and number of equipment. Meticulously maintained and hip vibe. Fantastic workout away from home. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

There’s rarely a wait for any given rack or machine even when busy. First class equipment, including lots of actual squat racks and barbells, very clean facility that is a good temperature always, great locker room amenities. Definitely my favorite gym in Boston.

This gym was clean and fancy. I love the dim lighting and the dark colors. Equipment variety was a plus and the space was perfect. Locker rooms are clean and nice. I love working out here.

The gym was fully-equipped and kept clean. I was thoroughly impressed by the variety of machines, equipment, and rooms for various workout activities to take place. On top of that, I love how spacious it is! I loved my time working out there.

I was on a business trip and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this gym. Hotel gyms are typically subpar at best but the amenities here were vast and the people in the gym were goal oriented. They used the cardio, machines, free weights as opposed to taking up space at them while playing on their phones. Such a pleasant change from my hometown gym. Staff was friendly at check-in and while leaving and everything was clean and organized. A+

Great selection of equipment from assault runners, concept 2 rowers, stair masters and bikes to squat racks, free weights and resistance machines in a clean and well-maintained space. Other users all seem respectful. Easy access via stairs or elevator. Just what I wanted to find to keep active when traveling!

Very clean and fully stocked gym with stuff for CrossFit, weightlifters and boxers. The staff there are also very helpful and pleasant, loved interacting with them. I’ll stay at Boston Park Plaza again just so that I can use them.

Beware: super nice gym but don’t accidentally walk into the rooms in the back that are for personal training use only, noticeable only by a small sign. If you do end up in this situation prepare to be nailed to the cross and crucified by one of the trainers and say what’s up to Jesus following your crucifixion. Other than that awesome equipment

Pretty poor service- they didn't have a person in the top golf reception, so I went to the gym reception to order drinks, they couldn't help and suggested to call the lobby, I called the lobby and they gave the options to order online (link didn't work) or go by myself to the bar at the lobby upstairs. We rent an hour of simulator, 40 mins passed by already. So, no drinks for us. Plus a little stinky from the gym next to. I guess I'd recommend for sport practice, but not for fun with friends.

LOVED the gym. Love the Layout, love the thought put in to the equipment, love the lighting and the amenities. Only comment was that i was unable to successfully do standing landline bent over rows due to not having access to the correct lateral grips.

I've been a member at Lynx Fitness for just over a year now, and it's honestly the best gym I've joined since living in Boston. The gym and locker rooms are always spotless and there are plenty of wipes around for the machines (and members actually use them!). The availability of amenities such as a sauna, showers, and changing rooms adds an extra touch of luxury to the overall experience without the price tag of some of the expensive luxury competitors.Lynx also has a wide selection of top-notch equipment ranging from strength training to cardio to functional workouts. And while I don't often attend the classes, I did try their beginner boxing class, and it was fantastic. To me though, what sets Lynx apart from other gyms is their diverse range of membership options and their staff. They truly understand that everyone's fitness needs and lifestyles are unique. Whether you're looking for a gym-only membership, want to add the golf simulator to your routine, or need a special student or neighborhood rate, they have you covered. Additionally, their off-peak hours rates provide flexibility for those who prefer to work out during quieter times. The staff at Lynx also deserves a special mention. Every time I walk through the door, I'm greeted with a warm smile and a hello at the front desk. The manager, Tom, goes above and beyond to ensure that members feel valued and supported.Especially after gyms experienced a rough time during the pandemic, it's amazing to see the way Lynx treats their clients.
