I recently had my car repaired at Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting, 1030 Morrissey Blvd, Dorchester/Boston, MA, and the experience was excellent. The owner is highly skilled and truly committed to doing quality work. He was trained in both auto body repair and professional car painting, and it shows in the results. His shop is tucked back off Morrissey Blvd, right near I-93 South, but it’s a hidden gem in Dorchester for anyone looking for honest, and reliable auto body work. Enterprise even met me at the shop with a rental car, which was very convenient. If you’re searching for a Dorchester auto body shop, Boston collision repair, or car painting, I highly recommend.

Maaco did a superior job in removing all the rust, reinforcing the floor and performing a showroom paint job. Brian was beyond professional, friendly and courteous. He stands by his work and fixed a couple minor things immediately and with no issue. His care, efforts and kindness were appreciated.. We highly recommend Maaco of Boston.

They replaced my bumper on the front but never reinstalled the licence plate. They threw it out. I got a ticket and had to order a new plate .

They’re nice and professional. Only thing i feel unhappy about was they said they will call me one day before if the car ready for pick up. And they call me on Friday but they’re not open on Saturday and Sunday. If I’m not gonna pick it up I need to pay rental car by myself for three days. The insurance not gonna cover it if the car already done for repair. I was already on work on that Friday when they called me. That makes me so disappoint about the service. I hope they can solve the problem in the future, not call on the last day before they off on second day.

I’ve been looking to get my whole entire vehicle repainted so I decided to give them a call and the phone rang for three minutes no voicemail no one ever answered. I’ll bring my money in business elsewhere. thanks for no Service.

My car been there for about a week and some change and they just decided to get to work on it smh can’t get a rental and they playing with my time and the way I commute back and forth to work this is very inconvenience for me I thought the process would’ve been began. guess not so I’m stuck taken the bus smdh. U guys gotta do better with keeping ppl informed about their property. Update been about two and a half weeks and still no status from this car place and then when I called and asked about my vehicle they had a attitude with the questions I was asking smh these guys are bad for business. They have no time to tell u or keep u update about ur vehicle but they are quick to see these reviews and response

It was a lil slow at first but the main Guy Justin I believe was very very respectful, worked with me very well and went above and beyond to take a second look at my vehicle and make sure it was good.

I have no complaints they did my Honda couple years back. Now I’m bringing my coupe in and I’m sure my guys are gonna take care of me. I loved the paint job and the price. Plus the customer service is great!! No complaints I’ll see you guys soon.

To my disappointment, the customer service at this car repair facility fell far short of my expectations. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a staff member who seemed disinterested and unresponsive to my concerns. Their lack of professionalism was evident, as they failed to provide clear communication regarding the estimated repair time, pricing, and available options. This lack of transparency left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about the overall quality of service.

Great experience w/ MAACO on Morrissey blvd. I got into an accident unfortunately-- I dropped it off and when I got my car back it looked perfect ✅? it only took them about a week to fix the entire left side of my car. Thanks so much for all your help!
