Amazing location in the North End. The Staff of this hotel are like family. If you are eligible to stay here it is the best.

Conveniently, well priced accommodation located in the North End of Boston. Within easy walking distance of popular tourist attractions and on the Freedom Trail.

The location is great and the price is great, but they are terrible at answering the phone or returning calls.

Beautiful place with great history, sad that the entities put on the board treat it as their own private kingdom. The cupola on the roof has great views of Boston though.

Friendly staff runs a clean, tight ship. Best breakfast in Boston--reminds me of my Coast Guard days. If your military or seagoing service qualifies you to stay here, you are lucky indeed.

Exclusivity has it's benefits, even small as it is, the Mariners House is a warm, friendly, family-feel haven for seafarers and their families and it is always a pleasure to visit and stay here.

Mariners House is a 23 bed rooming house for seamen. To qualify you need to have 20 years of service to the Navy, Merchant Marines, Coast Guard. Or be the guest of s9 wine who qualifies who also needs to be staying at the hotel. In the heart of the North End, right next to Paul Reveres Home which is the oldest standing house in Boston, this hotel is surrounded by tourist attractions and amazing food and restaurants. If you qualify, the rooms are small, the common areas are co for table, breakfast is individualized, and the service amazing.Only complaint is that the water pressure wasn’t great and the hot water waned at times.

I love this place. It's always so clean and comfortable. The staff are so personable. The layout of this place is so nice. I stay here when I have to take USCG exams. It's a nice place to be able to cram some studying in. They have rules here that I think make the place better. No drinking alcohol and all food is consumed in the dinning area (I really think this keeps the place clean and quiet) The location is great, especially if you don't have a car. If you do have a car, welcome to Boston and good luck!

We love Mariners House! Can’t ask for a better location, right in the North End. Amazing complimentary breakfast. Clean, well kept, beautiful historic site. Great little courtyard.

If you meet the stringent requirements to stay here, it's a fantastic place. Small, but comfortable rooms. A courtyard, two large, sitting rooms. A nice balcony overlooking the courtyard. But the location is the star. In the heart of North End.
