Do not go here unless you want to turn into spiderman. The lady giving out booster shots do not wear gloves or sanitizes her hands after every patient she touches. Or anything else for that matter. Disgusting

Maxim is exceptional! When there is a line, the techs and pharmacists will actually come to the desk and help out. They make eye contact, they are friendly and courteous... Unlike that god-awful Walgreens @ 1100 Dorchester Ave. where the techs think they're too good to cash people out and don't give a damn if you have to wait 25 minutes for your Rx pick up. 12 people in line, 1 cashier and 6 techs fumbling around in the back. I choose Maxim every time. : )

Dont do there for refills. My mom went there couple times, she told my they gave not enough refill, example you have 50 pill to refill but thy gave you not enough 50, and My mom want refill 3months for go to VietNam (her insurance ok about that) but they said with me "just give me 5 days before) Do not go there for everything, very expensive there, My mom never go back there. They are rule and bot friendly.

I went to the same school as a lot of the people working here and I think the school name and being a pharmacist or pharmacist in training, they feel entitled in their job. There is a sense of cockiness, a sense that they are too good for this job and they are doing us a favor. I called and asked if my doctor sent my prescription and they said no. I called the doctor and he said he so he called them and they said " we saw it after she hung up, we called her back twice and she didn't answer " I saw no missed calls and even if I had a dropped call, they couldn't leave a voicemail ?! Then after my doctors told me what they said they called me ( didn't mentioned they called me twice) that they don't have the meds in stock so they want ME to call other pharmacies and then call THEM back and ask them to transfer the prescription. Like why am I doing your job?

They are terrible. They love to keep their customers waiting even though customers call in first to make sure all prescriptions are ready to be picked up. They won't tell you that you have prescriptions ready to be refilled until you get there so that you can wait another 30 min because they just love to watch you get pissed off.
