That was the fastest oil change; in and out in 10 minutes and the nice man put air in my tires after seeing the warning light. I’ll definitely go back there.

These people are terrible. The guy who went to drive my car into the inspection bay for a sticker dismissed my question when I asked him if he could drive a manual transmission. Then he starts the car in gear without depressing the clutch. The car leaped ahead. Good thing there was no one standing in front. When I screamed at him, he was again dismissive stating what's the big deal; where's the clutch pedal; and, yeah he doesn't know how to drive a manual shift transmission, but how hard can it be - he drove a tank in the Army. Not knowing how to drive is bad enough. The arrogance and uncaring about property and safety is too much.

I have been having my oil changed at McCracken Auto Express for more than 5 years and they always do a great job! I appreciate not having to make appointments - just drive by when I have the time and they can do while I wait. Also get my inspection sticker here. And tires rotated. Recently was hearing a scratching noise when I turned corners so asked the mechanic to check it out when rotating tires this week. He invested the time to figure it out and found a piece of metal that was rubbing against another piece and fixed it! I am very happy and super appreciate them taking the time to fix. If you have any questions - you can also ask the woman inside - she knows everything!

They do state inspections, but do not have a mechanic on staff at all times. So if you need a repair they may not be able to help you.However, after discussing with them, they were very kind and helped me get my repairs done at a different one of their shops.
