I know the staff and they know me, and they are always friendly. It's in the center of Roslindale Village, within walking distance to our house. “Small medical retail store that I was able to purchase supplies for my family member. They do not accept insurance but I was still able to get what I needed. I was able to purchase some wound dressings by the individual and not have to purchase whole boxes like the chain stores. For a small shop they have johnnies, walkers, toilet seat risers ( know if you have standard or elongated shaped seat) compression socks, gloves, urinals, Incontinence, diabetic socks, socks with the non slip on bottom, and the daily supplies you need. Everything here is final sale so be sure before you purchase.”

In my ordeal of having to navigate Insurance coverage & picking up where the ordering doctors office failed to do, Brittany @ Pure Medical jumped on the case to assist us. In the process, I had to deal with other medical supply places that paled in comparison to the customer service provided by PM.At PM, they truly care about the patient in a time where this has become the exception rather the rule. I would highly recommend PM. The person who educated my dad on the CPAP machine was thorough,patient and kind. Wish I had remembered his name. Also a very special thank you to Patrick; the owner, for calling to alert us to some Insurance coverage and compliance issues. This information was truly important to communicate to us so that we could further look into the issues and make the best decision that would work best for my dad moving forward. “Best place I have found for CO2 tank refills is DMI Gases in Hyde Park. They fill your cylinder while you wait. Cost on a 5lb refill is 19.28 including the tax. “I worked with Chip! He was very nice, professional and answered all my questions. They delivered my scooter late the night before my arrival and didn't hold it against me when my plans changed for a later pickup.The only reason I gave it 4 stars we because the scooter battery life wasn't as long as I was told... leaving me stranded down town and pausing my vacation for 4 hours to charge long enough to at least get back to the hotel. Spent $30 to see a movie we had already seen so we could plug it in.”

“Delight Medicals is a company in which the owner Anthony and the staff are professional, courteous and go above and beyond to ensure great customer service. We had an unexpected equipment failure which required emergency repair over the weekend and despite it being the Sunday before the July 4th holiday, Anthony took the time to come and rectify the situation although the equipment was not a product he supplied. We are extremely grateful and highly recommend this company for all your medical supplies.”

“My 2 year son was inpatient at MGH, it was Christmas Eve. He needed a specific medication compounded, the hospital could not do this. The place we normally go also could not, because it was Christmas Eve. He was able to be discharged and home for Christmas because Seth at Gary Drug made it happen.”
