One of the things I appreciated most was the ability to choose the specific day and delivery time window that worked best for me. I selected the 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM window, and my prescription was delivered before 8:00 PM, exactly as promised. The gentleman who delivered my order was extremely professional, kind, and personable. He was friendly, courteous, and provided outstanding customer service. The company was also very responsive to text messages, which made the entire process easy and stress free. Their prices are very reasonable, and the free prescription delivery is a huge benefit. In my opinion, this is a much more convenient and pleasant experience than dealing with CVS or Walgreens. When I was abroad on vacation, they called me to ask if I would be picking up my meds, I requested they please hold my meds an additional 10 days and they sure did. On another instance, I called to request proof of payment for an rx and they expeditiously mailed it. Really impressed overall with their efficiency. I also sometimes use coupons to buy my meds and they are always patient and try to help me.”

“This CVS is wonderful. One of the Managers Korey I believe helped me on a Sunday at a busy time. I had been there the day prior and literally purchased something and left it on the counter. In no time at all he went through the security video footage and I was out the door with what I purchased the day prior (but forgot to literally pick up off the counter and put in my bag). He volunteered to help out ASAP and I hadn't asked for him searching the camera. Thank you!”

“I use to go to CVS for decades but one unforgettable and forgivable thing that happened to me with one of my medications which I needed and they wouldn’t fill because the pharmacist was profiling me and I left for a month in a business vacation without my medication which gave me a seizure from the sudden cold Turkey stop that was totally unnecessary. I left and went here where my mom and rest of my family goes and build a great relationship with the pharmacist, unfortunately many of them move away or retire but they bring new ones that are just as great. They treat you with respect, they always let you know if you need to call to make sure they have it meds in stock, they always build a relationship with their customers. Love this pharmacy also it’s great to knock two birds with one stone if you need to use the market to get some groceries done while waiting if you need too for them to fill your meds up. The new pharmacist Yang (I hope I have her name right) is on point and is so friendly and goes out of her way to make sure you get your meds if your in a rush or in my case since I travel alot she will make sure to order everything I need in advance. Also love that they sometimes will tell you to use their coupon or a apps coupon which sometimes is much cheaper then my co-pay! Regardless I Miss the other pharmacist but again their replacements never disappoints. Also their over the counter med pricing are much cheaper then big pharmacies like CVS, Walgreens etc…. Keep up the great work!”

They treated me with respect, kindness, responsibility, the employees are very fast, efficient, courteous, and have the patient as a priority. CVS saved my life along with the Latina who treated me, staff and her pharmacists whom I had the pleasure of speaking with. They saved my life from being killed by a scoundrel from BWH Partners in Burlington, which I plan to sue by the way. Note: If you are Latino, do not hesitate to COMPLAIN, and if you feel discriminated against and are treated badly, switch to CVS specialty pharmacy, I guarantee you will be treated wonderfully. They even called me my doses all ready and they take care of everything until delivery or pick up. I recommend them. Out of 10 pts I give it an 11 because they went the extra mile with the patient.
