I had called and spoken to a pharmacist reminding them to check prescriptions for an ingredient I’m allergic to (if a pharmacy does not have the exact medication prescribed, they can substitute with a similar medication they do have). The female pharmacist told me everything was done properly. However, when I realized one of the medications was not ok, Silvio looked up the exact one I needed and special ordered it. I am very grateful for his care and immediate attention.”

When I was abroad on vacation, they called me to ask if I would be picking up my meds, I requested they please hold my meds an additional 10 days and they sure did. On another instance, I called to request proof of payment for an rx and they expeditiously mailed it. Really impressed overall with their efficiency. I also sometimes use coupons to buy my meds and they are always patient and try to help me.”

“I use to go to CVS for decades but one unforgettable and forgivable thing that happened to me with one of my medications which I needed and they wouldn’t fill because the pharmacist was profiling me and I left for a month in a business vacation without my medication which gave me a seizure from the sudden cold Turkey stop that was totally unnecessary. I left and went here where my mom and rest of my family goes and build a great relationship with the pharmacist, unfortunately many of them move away or retire but they bring new ones that are just as great. They treat you with respect, they always let you know if you need to call to make sure they have it meds in stock, they always build a relationship with their customers. Love this pharmacy also it’s great to knock two birds with one stone if you need to use the market to get some groceries done while waiting if you need too for them to fill your meds up. The new pharmacist Yang (I hope I have her name right) is on point and is so friendly and goes out of her way to make sure you get your meds if your in a rush or in my case since I travel alot she will make sure to order everything I need in advance. Also love that they sometimes will tell you to use their coupon or a apps coupon which sometimes is much cheaper then my co-pay! Regardless I Miss the other pharmacist but again their replacements never disappoints. Also their over the counter med pricing are much cheaper then big pharmacies like CVS, Walgreens etc…. Keep up the great work!”
“I have to say this is the BEST specialty pharmacy I have ever seen. They treated me with respect, kindness, responsibility, the employees are very fast, efficient, courteous, and have the patient as a priority. I was very surprised and happy to go with them after having a horrible experience at the BWH pharmacy in Burlington MA. CVS saved my life along with the Latina who treated me, staff and her pharmacists whom I had the pleasure of speaking with. They saved my life from being killed by a scoundrel from BWH Partners in Burlington, which I plan to sue by the way. Note: If you are Latino, do not hesitate to COMPLAIN, and if you feel discriminated against and are treated badly, switch to CVS specialty pharmacy, I guarantee you will be treated wonderfully. They even called me my doses all ready and they take care of everything until delivery or pick up. I recommend them. Out of 10 pts I give it an 11 because they went the extra mile with the patient. Very professional. Thank you!”

Every time I call she's calls gives all the information. I send my brother too get my medication since I can't and my brother usually never talks good or bad he's a robot. And he says how nice Alyssa is and the young lady working yesterday with Alyssa and he loves the Manager. And he likes the bike policy this cvs will let you bring your bike in so it does not get stolen. Transit police tell you don't leave it locked up criminals can take it. So this manager lets them in. I just want too say thank you so much too this cvs for being the very best in Massachusetts it's not even close I have been going too cvs for over 20 years these dedicated people and this location need a special thank you. I wish this location the pharmacy would go too 24 hours my brother says same thing he works at hospital over night tells me alot of patients are looking too fill there script over night.
