“My 2 year son was inpatient at MGH, it was Christmas Eve. He needed a specific medication compounded, the hospital could not do this. The place we normally go also could not, because it was Christmas Eve. He was able to be discharged and home for Christmas because Seth at Gary Drug made it happen.”
“Great personalized service. Always has my medications in stock. Best of all they offer free delivery. The only hang up I can see that prevents 5 stars is that they don't accept RX discount coupons for people having to pay cash for medications.”

“Excellent! Excellent! I cannot leave a handicapped elder family member alone to stand in line at CVS for 90 minutes to pick up a prescription. Neither CVS nor Walgreen's delivery is easy or reliable.
Capsule comes through everytime I need a prescription immediately and cannot wait for 2 weeks before mail order scripts will be delivered.
There text notifications are immediate. Delivery is perfect!”
“several good experiences at this pharmacy. When I was abroad on vacation, they called me to ask if I would be picking up my meds, I requested they please hold my meds an additional 10 days and they sure did. On another instance, I called to request proof of payment for an rx and they expeditiously mailed it. Really impressed overall with their efficiency. I also sometimes use coupons to buy my meds and they are always patient and try to help me.”

“This CVS is wonderful. One of the Managers Korey I believe helped me on a Sunday at a busy time. I had been there the day prior and literally purchased something and left it on the counter. In no time at all he went through the security video footage and I was out the door with what I purchased the day prior (but forgot to literally pick up off the counter and put in my bag). He volunteered to help out ASAP and I hadn't asked for him searching the camera. Thank you!”

“Waited for CVS to fill a prescription for over a week and then was texted a message saying they contacting my provider for an alternative medication. They told my provider they couldn't get the medication and suggested she switch my medication over to a less effect less convenient medication. My provider cotacted meand i called this Osco pharmacy and they had the drug in stock and i had it a few hours later. Because the drug required a Prior authorization. I had to call a couple of times and never once was I put on hold or did I have to wait like I usually do with CVS.”

“This review is for Fenway dermatology. 5 stars for Diane (apologies if it's Diana) who answers the phone for Fenway dermatology. She answers all questions , provides extra information you didn't think to ask but needed, and goes the extra mile. I know she has a line of calls waiting but she always takes the time to answer questions and makes sure you are getting off the phone with what you need. Very appreciative. Dr. Erica Dommasch is so nice and knowledgeable. She is difficult to get an appointment with because she is only in this location on Tuesdays. I recommend her and wish she has more availability. Great physician. Great staff.”

This location has two floors and it might be one of the nicer Walgreens I've visited. Anyway, quick and easy checkout and I was on my merry way.”

“I have to say this is the BEST specialty pharmacy I have ever seen. They treated me with respect, kindness, responsibility, the employees are very fast, efficient, courteous, and have the patient as a priority. I was very surprised and happy to go with them after having a horrible experience at the BWH pharmacy in Burlington MA. CVS saved my life along with the Latina who treated me, staff and her pharmacists whom I had the pleasure of speaking with. They saved my life from being killed by a scoundrel from BWH Partners in Burlington, which I plan to sue by the way. Note: If you are Latino, do not hesitate to COMPLAIN, and if you feel discriminated against and are treated badly, switch to CVS specialty pharmacy, I guarantee you will be treated wonderfully. They even called me my doses all ready and they take care of everything until delivery or pick up. I recommend them. Out of 10 pts I give it an 11 because they went the extra mile with the patient. “This is literally the best pharmacy I have ever been to. The wonderful proprietors really care about their customers, how much they pay for prescriptions, how quickly they get their prescriptions and how easy they are to communicate with. There are so few Mom and pop shops left in Boston, it really is a hidden gem. When I first signed up, they asked me what I was allergic to, and I realized that no pharmacist had ever asked me that before. A very concerning thought, when you think about the fact that these people are managing our health to a certain extent. I like this pharmacy so much that I will go out of my way to process my prescriptions there. 10/10 recommend. Keep these people in business!”
