They quoted a price on the phone, booked an appt, gave me a coupon for booking that day and repaired my broken screen that night. I highly recommend them. Pricing very competitive.

My phone was in the worst shape possible (Samsung S205G) adhesive melted off, heat damage that made my phone unusable, etc. They honestly fixed my phone to the point it looks brand new like when I bought in 2021 and it charges like when I first bought and I mean lightning quick. These guys are straight up wizards, can't nobody tell me otherwise. I definitely would go back, recommend and I also am looking forward to them fixing other items like laptops, gaming accessories, consoles, etc that I need fixing. Wish I found these guys much sooner than I did but better late than never!

You are such a huge scam!
I asked your staff clearly on the very first day I went there if they could check my phone to see what was wrong, and they didn’t charge me anything—only said I’d have to pay for the charging port because that’s what they found was broken.
You made me pay a $50 down payment for the charging port, but the part that arrived was defective.
I’ve already gone back and forth to your store three times to get the phone repaired. First, the charging outlet you received was defective, and now you’re saying the motherboard is the problem.
I’m asking for a refund of my down payment, but you refuse to give it back because you claim it’s already paid for the diagnostics? How scammy is that? You didn’t even fix my phone, and yet you won’t return my money? You have some nerve charging such an expensive diagnostic fee that your first agent never even disclosed to me.

They did a few things for me and it was great but they put on a protective screen and the next day it was loaded with bubbles and uneven. I went back couple weeks later to finally get it replaced and got charged $12. Other then that they were good but unfortunately they are trash now and I will spread the word. Hope the $12 was worth it
**update** its been a little over a week and the protective screen is a mess again.. but im sure its my phone or my fault ; )

This place did good surgery on my phone , I had it cracked and they was able to fix it with care! They use genuine Apple meaning same quality if you have an iPhone ! I was very satisfied with my fix and works perfectly fine like how I first bought it !

I came to learn the extent of the damage to an iPhone 12 Pro after a fall when the visible damage was two cracked lenses so that it was no longer possible to take pictures (other than selfies). The damage was carefully identified and diagnosed , and included one camera as well as the lenses, after which the cost to repair was explained and the schedule for doing the work, was established given that the camera was not in stock. I also decided to have the battery replaced since it had fallen bekow 80% capacity. The iPhone - repaired and checked out - was ready for pickup the next day as promised. A very satisfactory experience in terms of customer service and the evident technical expertise of the staff.
