My sister and i booked appointments back to back and we were pierced by Jessie. she knew exactly what she was doing and was super kind through the process. everything was sterilized and she kept everything extremely clean. she was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. she also gave us a squishy pepper to hold onto while she pierced our ears which was super nice and fun!! very fast and efficient!!

There were only three customers in the store—myself and two white women browsing the jewelry. The older female employee with dark hair and bangs walked right past them, came directly to me, and asked if I needed help. I told her I did not. Despite that, she lingered around me and continued to follow me, while never approaching the other customers to offer assistance. It was obvious what was happening.
I left immediately. I refuse to spend my money in establishments that still engage in racial profiling in 2025. Judging by the many one-star reviews, it seems like I dodged a bullet by not spending money here.
I’ll happily support businesses that treat their customers with respect.

Diamond fell out after second wear! Extremely disappointed.
I am deeply disappointed with the quality of this Beverly ring. It wasn't just a piece of jewelry for me; it was a special gift from my parents, which makes this situation doubly upsetting.
I purchased it for a significant amount of money, wore it only twice, and the diamond fell out of its setting and is now lost. All that's left is an empty ring.
For the price, I expected reliable craftsmanship and the confidence that the stone would be secure. Unfortunately, the quality of the workmanship is extremely poor. Please check the setting carefully and be cautious—this piece might not survive even a few wears.
I cannot recommend this ring if you're looking for durability and quality. It's a shame that such a beautiful design is ruined by poor execution.

Had a great experience! It was my first time getting my ears pierced professionally and Jessie was so kind. It was such an easy and smooth process with her. Now I have another great set of earrings:)

Was in here on Sunday 8–17 1pm. I walked in wearing one their pieces and expected a friendly, welcoming experience. Instead, the employee barely acknowledged me with more than a quick “hi.” The entire time I was browsing and trying things on, she was literally just staring at me, even while she was helping other customers. It felt so uncomfortable and off-putting—like I couldn’t even enjoy looking at the jewelry without being watched. I literally was looking for rings and left without buying anything due to how weird and uncomfortable of a situation that was.

Mejuri customer no longer! I have a Mejuri piercing; I made an appointment to rotate my earrings, purchase an earring, and have the piercer put in that earring. I also have a sanitized, sealed stud from another company that I wanted to put in the empty hole that would be left from rotating the Mejuri pieces. I’m unable to rotate / put them in myself because I have a hand injury (and I’d rather get a pro to do it.) I have 7 holes in my ear and all but one have Mejuri jewelry in them.
I called the Seaport location ahead of time and asked if this was possible, and was told yes—just book a piercing appointment.
I did so and battled Seaport parking only to have the piercer say that they couldn’t work with “outside jewelry.” Hmm—they’ll remove “outside jewelry” but she wouldn’t put in an earring from somewhere else as a courtesy, EVEN THOUGH I was buying ANOTHER Mejuri earring? When I explained that I could use some help because of my hand injury, she said there are cameras and she doesn’t want to lose her job. She suggested I spend more money and make a separate trip to go to a tattoo place to switch out their earrings. I’m not going to do that—how insane is that suggestion?!? She is perfectly capable of doing it, I HAD AN APPOINTMENT, it was a piercing done at this location, plus I was buying more jewelry AND had come prepared to tip for her assistance.
I don’t want to spend money at a place that 1) makes their employees feel like this,
2) is so myopic that they would lose a sale rather than help a repeat customer who physically cannot change out the earring.
If the idea is to get the customer to capitulate and say, oh well I’ll just buy ANOTHER Mejuri piece, that has sorely backfired because now I won’t ever buy anything from them again, nor recommend them. The reason I have “outside jewelry” is because it’s a lab grown marquise diamond—Mejuri doesn’t offer a product of similar quality or design. Truly inconsiderate, poor customer service from all involved.

Bought a gift from this store location. Staff was helpful and answered my questions. Got me out the door with the perfect gift in hand. Will definitely make this a stop for birthdays, Christmas, etc.

Dawn pierced my tragus and my friends and she was fabulous!!! So nice, explained everything and was very helpful. Would def recommend!!!

The employee that was working on Sunday, July 13 (brunette, young) hundred dollars was incredibly rude and dismissive during my time trying to shop. I went in, hoping to buy the pave Diamond hoops, and was prepared to spend the full amount, including permanent studs from the piercer. She made sure that I was always trying to buy the larger size without consider considering what might actually look good on me and when she rang me up, the cost was $300 more than the store that I had originally shopped at, and when I asked for the breakdown, she looked at me and rolled her eyes. I will not be interested in purchasing from this store and I don’t think anybody else should- I would also like it noted that she was on her cell phone the entire time that she was trying to help me and when I would ask a question, she looked like it was bothering her.

Bad customer service. They keep the door locked (which makes sense) but they have no one attending the door and just a sign that says “line starts here”. Okay… well there was no line.. so are you going to let people in? The lady behind the counter saw me and just pointed to the sign.. guess they have no interest in their customers.

Love Mejuri & their jewelry, but I would not recommend getting pierced by their piercer unless youre in the mood for being talked down & spoken to like youre 5 years old.

Great store, quality products. Everyone in the store was extremely helpful and friendly. There is so much to try on and experiment with different stacking and layering looks!

Love Mejuri jewelry. I would not recommend getting pierced here. The Chestnut Hill location is much better.
