I took my elderly dog here for a suspected ear infection. The Dr. Was able to take a look in her ears, and with the symptoms I had described to him, he was able to treat her for an ear infection. The front desk was very friendly and professional. The vet was knowledgeable, but he did come off as either annoyed or stressed. My visit here was due to my dogs normal vet not being able to see her for a few days out, so I thought I'd give this clinic a chance. The office visit was free, and I was only responsible for paying for her antibiotic, which was wonderful. They are walk-in only, cash only and parking is very difficult.

Feeling blessed knowing this place exists. I took my cat to this vet today and it was a smooth and professional process. The vet was detailed with her examination and I only had to pay $40 for his rabies vaccine! Like many of the reviews note, do come before they open if you want to guarantee being seen.I didn't give a 5-star review since I wish they had heating generators for those of us waiting in the cold.

Love this clinic. Any chance I get or I come across a good amount of money I’m donating to this clinic. Staff are very respectful, helpful, understanding and they are fair just don’t take advantage of them and give what you can. I would absolutely recommend to anyone. No restroom long wait time and first come first serve bases. I suggest you arrive one to two hours before it opens because the lines are long. Chairs on the porch other than that you will be standing entire time. They do give you immunization slips for records and have meds, shampoos etc inside super amazing. Check it out!

Horrifying experience, my dog Stella had little hole on side of ear . She keep shaving the hole and not around it while my dog was yelping in pain.. made the spot bigger, no bandage. Said it’ll heal on its own did nothing but basically carve my dog. She had very bad attitude which I’m sure she took out on my dog. I will never visit or recommend this place.

The vet on JP was going to put my cat down when we first got him. I took my cat to Merwin for a second opinion, they gave him medicine and my baby is a healthy 17yr old to date. If you love your pet, then you'll have patience to come here. Get there before 12 to get the best spot in line. If you get there after 12/1230, you may miss your chance of being seen. I like both veterinarians. They aren't bubbly. But don't confuse it for not caring, they have to get people in and out. They are thorough, and I really like it here! I take my cat and my Pit.

Lovely experience here. I brought a dog with a skin issue and a dog with teeth issues. They were able to recommend a cheaper option for the teeth and for the skin they recommended a shampoo and a mite killer. I did get there super early bc of anxiety but it was worth the wait. Bring a book or your phone or just vibe with the animals and people there.

They are NOT free, it is ridiculous that they incorporate “FREE” in their name. Time to change to “Affordable” or “Low-Cost” as this sets an unrealistic expectation in the minds of new clients. They are however wonderful! Kind and caring and patient in the face of a long continuous line of anxious pet owners who are seeking quality care in a LIMITED availability timeframe.A point to remember though that they are setup to do basic physicals, shots, and dispense medications for common ailments. If your pet is SICK and the cause unknown, seek other medical support at an animal hospital. Taking them to the Merwin will result in losing valuable time! That said, I still thank you for all you do!

The clinic secretary with the short layered hair and a butterfly tattoo was incredibly rude. She did not respect the line and let other people cut me. She was completely ignorant and acted as if she was Ms Perfect. A person like that doesn’t deserve to work around animals. She offered my dog water last minute instead of being generous earlier. She allowed people to cut us.

They're doing an amazing thing for people and animals but I had to leave cuz they only c9 animals an hour for 3 hours so in order to guarantee to get seen they say show up an hour early but you really have to show up to 23 hours early to get seen and I have a three-month-old puppy French bulldog and it was too much of a long day for him there's a bunch of animals that sit outside on the porch and it's very difficult to sit out there with a puppy that wants to play with every other dog ??

You get what u pay for, it's affordable than most vets but if u need something more serious done than the average check up go somewhere else. If you want to be in and out get there as early as possible I suggest a few hours before they open because they get busy. I went a few weeks ago & didn't get seen until past 1 since the line was long!
