They neverrrrr answer their phone!!! Even when I drive by and only see one customer looking at accessories, I called and metro representative still don’t answer at the front! Y’all need to do better!

I went there on Monday June 27, 2022 with an unlocked phone to get a sim card for it , at first the young lady told me that the phone wouldn't work eventhough it's unlocked . She asked a co-worker who was there with her , he's a Chinese or Korean looking and without even looking at the phone he told her no it can't work , it was only two of us as customer in the store and I got the feeling as if they just want to get rid of me out the store because they didn't even look at the phone before saying it wouldn't work .I took my phone and went to the metro store in matapan square where the service there was customer friendly and the lady there took the time out to look at the phone , and did her job and I left that store with a sim card and the phone is working perfectly on the metro network . This is the same phone that I was hastily turned away with at the metro store in roslindale. At roslindale the customer service was poor , they were not customer friendly and didn't take the time to do their job . I wouldn't recommend this particular metro store to anyone

Ok, so I bought a new phone from Best Buy - $699, went to T-Mobile in Roslindale to activate it, the service from the salesperson was beyond superb! She went above and beyond - not only did she save me $400 (by selling the same phone for me at a cheaper price since I am an existing customer), she was on the phone with customer service for almost 1hour to rectify an issue with my account. She was beyond awesome, friendly and wanted the best for her customer. Total I paid for EVERYTHING.....$298!!!. I really appreciate all her assistance and recommend that location.

Very rude staff, poor customer service. This branch is the worst in the area and managed my ignorant, unintelligent people. DO NOT GO HERE. Amina was very helpful, the other staff members including the manager are insensitive and horrible.

POOR communication skills the Chinese guy helping me was told by me to put 100 on a 79 dollar bill first off he gets my number wrong and makes me repeat it then puts the exact on the bill and says i never told him and And if i want to add the rest he charge me 3 extra then brushes me out the door THE HELL WITH YOU MAN,YOU TREAT ME LIKE IM NOTHING BUT LOVE MY MONEY DIRTBAG!!

Worst experience ever, owner talks to me like i have no choice where i spend my money, no respect, no courtesy, and completely unwilling to be a decent person with customer service skills. Charges were put on my debit card for $250.00, and yes it already processed, when he ended up never selling me the phone i wanted. Now i have to unfortunately go back to this uncaring, greedy, racist, chinese man. But thats how they are anyway, whats new
