I went to this location because it was closest to my apartment. I was looking to upgrade my iPhone and get a trade-in. Between two reps, there was so much misinformation about financing plans, forgetting to include my trade-in in the final pricing, etc. I had to go to the T-Mobile in Dedham the next day to refund me the order and re-do the transaction with the correct full price, including my trade-in. They even gave me a deal. Unfortunate but the reps in Hyde Park really need to pay more attention to the needs of their customers.

0 Stars. We have been attempting to switch from AT&T since November 23rd, 2019. Two weeks into this and we are still without phones even though signing for them in store over a week ago. Now we are being told the order was not placed because in store associates screwed things up and now we can't get the phones. We have been given multiple wrong answers and misinformation from the stores associates and the management. We were told to contact the district manager who has not responded to us either. We were charged for services not received. At first everyone at T-Mobile seemed extremely helpful and pleasant until we made the switch, now that we did we are without phones with no end in sight. We would not recommend T-Mobile to anyone.

I just came from the T-Mobile store on Hyde park ave . I was helped by Xavier what a great person . Great help I was ready to give in on my phone he didn't quit till the problem was resolved . Great worker . So thankful for the help
