They never answered the phone, and I went to ask for mi Transfer pin and they wouldn't help me at all.Update: yes you have to give me the transfer pin, if I lost my phone YOU HAVE TO CALL COSTUMER SERVICE FROM YOUR STORE AND PROVIDE THE TRANSFER PIN, UNLESS YOU DON'T KNOW YOUR OWN POLICY OR JUST BEEN LAZY AND DONT DONYOUR JOB PROPERLY. THANKS.

They can be more of service when helping people discover about particular programs associated with their business. I just pay my phone there. Friendly when greeting but just good enough to pay bill and go.

the lady was not so helpful until i let her know that she was wrong about something....it was she didnt want to even look at my phone to help me....i think i was intruding on her and her work boyfriend....but once i finaly let her know i wasnt leaving untill my phone was working she started to help....which she still did nothing helpful it was all my own doings she just pointed out something i missed....

This location at 315 Center Street in Jamaica Plain is by far the best T Mobil that I've ever done business with. I've been a T-Mobile customer for many years and of all the T Mobil stores that I've been to this one has the best customer service, the best stock and the best people working there. They are all so professional, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They are a great team. I highly recommend this location.

These kids only have 1 or 2 phones in the entire store Everytime i go. Also website says they close at 745 but in fact it's 7.

The young lady who helped me was excellent. I went to the store because I was planning on changing my service over to T-Mobile and needed my phone to be unlocked. Without being pushy, she explained some upgrades Metro had made since I started my plan and suggested I stay with Metro, as I would be receiving the same benefits as I would have with T-Mobile. I ended up upgrading to a better deal because she was so helpful. The lady working to her right was pleasant as well, even though I did not deal with her directly. Also, she was patient with all my questions regarding my new plan and need for new headphones (There isn't a great choice of headphones at this store but oh well) . I am extremely pleased with the service I received in this store today, as customer service these days seems to be regressing. 5 stars, 10/10. Thanks!

This is the worse T-Mobile store ever. I called to ask about T-Mobile plans for new customers a few minutes ago and the associate was very rude. I was planning on switching but I will stay with my current carrier. Just lose a 6 lines plan.
