MiniLuxe is most conveniently situated in Boston's Prudential Center and the staff are attentive and diligent. My beach seaside nails were in urgent need of attention... and are now tidy and polished... thank you very much...

Asked for a quicker polish change but within the same time I was given a “ full “ service . The manager did not mention my request change and I had to pay extra. Also their regular polish dulls very quickly

Another great (combo) service! I love that I can get a manicure and a pedicure at the same time - I always avoided getting anything for myself because I have a hard time sitting for two services in a row….but getting both done at once has been a game changer! Both providers were SO friendly and kind. Attentive to every detail, I can tell this polish will last a month again (just like last time). I’ll keep coming back, MiniLuxe Prudential!

I originally went to the South End location, and unfortunately had a bad experience. My GelX extensions were not cured properly and began lifting right away. One nail fell off within the week. My cuticles were also a mess and several nails were crooked.
After my nail fell off, I called and asked to have them all removed. South end could not fit me in, so they scheduled me at Prudential. Once my nail tech found out my service was complimentary, she began doing a rush job. I still have lots of gel all over my nails.
Unfortunately poor customer service and product at both locations! And it is so so expensive! Absolutely not paying for quality.

I received a complimentary pedicure to make up for a recent experience that was not up to standard. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. They also reimbursed me for my previous service and upgraded my complimentary pedicure. I have been a customer since 2017, and this was the first time I encountered any issues. They did a fantastic job resolving the situation, and the pedicure I got today was outstanding.

This place claims to offer nail art but this is a lie. I’ve tried to schedule with them since June 15th and they have canceled my appointments twice, with less than three hours notice. Their own cancellation policy is four hours notice so this is just terrible customer service. They shouldn’t list nail art as a service if they don’t have staff trained to do the work—which they clearly don’t.

I was charged for gel removal, and they just buffed and filed down the gel and my nail with it. I have jagged or rough edges and the paint has air bubbles/lint.

I don’t like it at all. Encourage me to do a gel fast dry because it will last at least 10 days, after 2 days my nails were horrible. The only activity I did was shower…

I want to love it, but it’s almost always a miss. Their brand polish leaves white marks on my nails and the bottles look like they’ve been sitting there too long. The pedicure chairs could not be worse - the tub is always sliding away giving me a 45 minute hamstring workout. It can be loud and not relaxing in the crowded space. Overpriced for what you get.

Fantastic experience!!! Here for son's graduation was nervous about finding a place. Jinny (sp?) was amazing. Seriously the best regular manicure I've ever had and it has been lasting well. The receptionists were kind and professional and I felt immediately welcome. Jinny (again I hope I have the name right - ask for her she is from Hawaii and moved here for her Berklee Music School boyfriend) I went here after walking into three different places in Back Bay off Newbury and found hideous crowded dirty looking places up some stairs. Scary and smelly tbh. Then I googled and found miniluxe and it was in an airconditioned mall settting near the Mandarin Oriental. Free water, Magazines, clean, drying machine, very nice selection of polishes, etc. Yes, a few more dollars than the other bargain ones but all the difference in the world. Highly recommended. I travel all over the world and have had many manicures and this was a very good experience.

Very good pedicure, as always. Not as good as the South End location, I think the staff are better there. But my toes look great!
