The pharmacy wait time at this CVS is unreal. Literally haven't been here once where a script wasn't ready when it was supposed to be and/or I'm waiting in line (in store or drive thru) for 20+min. CVS HQ - please send them some help!

Worst drive thru/customer service ever, been going on since Covid- they obviously need help- I think it's time to move to another pharmacy!

Incredibly inconvenient to get COVID tested. Made us stand in the drive thru line and call an Uber. When we signed up for testing, they made no mention of requiring a car at all.

Pharmacy and prescription process there is one hot, convoluted, bureaucratic, unprofessional mess. I had a prescription ordered there, ONCE, and now multiple times per month, they call me to PRESSURE me to refill my prescription with them, even though I've told them on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS that I NO LONGER NEED the prescription. When I try to call them again, to REPEAT that which I've already communicated to them MULTIPLE TIMES, I am often on hold for TEN MINUTES. The problem, of course, is not so much the workers there but... CVS LEADERSHIP and MANAGEMENT. The CVS LEADERSHIP TEAM only care about maximum profit to go into their own pockets. And the best way for them to accomplish this, of course, is to have as FEW EMPLOYEES as possible. So if this means that customers have to wait in LONG LINES for assistance, because there are INSUFFICIENT staff, so be it. And if CVS employees feel lots of pressure, and are under lots of stress because customers complain to them about how long the waits are, so be it. CVS does not care. All they care about are profits for the top leaders of the company.

Rude disgusting fat woman, low class and disgusting. How do you sleep at night when you treat people like dogs, hate makes you fat and nasty. Your skin color won't save you from God's judgement, everyone answers one day. I hope that God blesses and keeps you always, may you rot in your hate.

This CVS has gone down hill in the past 10years. They are almost right next door to us so it's very convenient. The Pharmacy where we spend thousands of dollars every year has terrible customer service and the help is unqualified. Try calling the pharmacy and it will take them 30 minutes to answer the phone. Stall is limited and the back area is in disarray. The store itself is a disaster, parking lot and lobby is strewn with trash. Manager parks in space closest to the front door, leaving the elderly to park further away. I've notified the district manager they the corporate office but circumstances have not changed. My wife and I have decided that the Walgreens up the street might be better organized. Stay tuned.
