Accessibility for customers with disabilities is simply not a priority here. There are always huge boxes or pallets of products in the aisles, blocking wheelchair access. The accessible parking spaces in the parking lot are faded and need restriping. Staff personnel are usually nowhere to be found. Pharmacy staff do their best, but are clearly overworked. I have been told by Pharmacy staff that I needed to do certain tasks online only, that they could not help me in the store. This is bordering on Khafkaesque.

WORST PHARMACY EVER. GUYS DON'T RELY ON THEM. They literally scam people and lie to their face. They don't have any empathy.I was suffering from a UTI that got to my kidneys and my medication so bad. I was supposed to get a text from them when I can place an order for delivery, and I didn't get it. I myself had to call them up every 30 minutes or so for updates because it was so bad. And then, when they confirmed my delivery, they denied to deliver because of technical problems. i call b******** I had to walk 20 minutes one way to get my meds! Plus, their horrible automated voice robo doesn't let you talk to the human rep. I swear I wish I could sue them for what they put me through! F****** assholes they are

They are ALWAYS out of David's sunflower seeds! I have a hungry child who NEEDS them. Yet there are NONE. You have lost my business until you restock them. Im very disappointed! Shame on you. Do better

This store deserves no stars. Wait I take that back, it is the Pharmacist that is the issue here. He is so rude and mean to customers, I will NEVER return. He has done this to me several times and most of the time I think - its Covid- they must be exhausted, but this last interaction was so bad, I immediately moved my RX from this store. I am sure that the store doesn't care and they never read the reviews, but I needed to vent to someone about this.

UPS drop off - past two times has been bad, some red head middle age woman (staff) acts like god, first time she looked at my four packages and said not sure if they can take all the packages, ok, you have a whole room to hold the packages, never heard of that. This morning, I went to drop off three packages at 8:44am, lucky for me, i ran into her again, she said system is down if you need a receipt you have to come back, went in to check and said i will have to come back, it's her attitude, i cant help but think it is a race thing, also too lazy to turn on the machine? As both times i wanted receipt, she either wanted to tell me too many packages come back, and this time, machine down. There is a pattern here, and she can be more polite.

This CVS has never been great - I really only use it for the pharmacy and the lines are long and the staff are judgmental (a cashier gawking at the price of a prescription and asking why I did't have insurance. I had to explain to her three separate times that it was for my dog). This week pushed me over the edge. I went in for a flu shot, and it took over an hour. First, I had to wait ten minutes in line to request one, and my information was quickly processed as I am in the system. I am told to wait and I will be called. Great. I expect that I will get my shot and that is it. Ten minutes later, the pharmacist yells, "flu shot." I assume this is me. I am handed a clipboard two two pages to fill out and return to the desk. This takes a minute or so. I wait a half an hour. While the people in line behind me have their prescriptions filled and go on their way. I am asked if I want a copy of the papers, and wait another 15 minutes. Finally. I get my flu shot, which takes one minute. I am thanked for waiting, but the pharmacist is rushed. What should be a five minute procedure took an hour. Had someone warned me, I would have come back or been prepared to wait.

If you get an email saying your photos or your prescription is ready...don't believe it. Walked over here expecting my items would be ready, clerk said "I don't know why it says that, it takes 1-2 more days." WTF CVS, you can't be honest with your services! Zero stars!

The pharmacy here is a disaster. The staff are incredibly unhelpful, the pharmacist was rude. Every time I have come to pick up a prescription it isn't ready, even though I have gotten texts telling me it's been filled. Last time I was told they could fill it in 15 minutes. I left 45 minutes later. Avoid this pharmacy and take your scrips literally anywhere else.

I stopped by here for a few minutes the other day to grab a few things. As I approached the cashier to check out, this is the conversation I had: Cashier: Would you like a bag? Me: Sure. Cashier: *sneers* So I guess turtles can just go f*** themselves, right?

Pleasant informed all age staff willing to help in all ways Pharmacist George and other staff resourceful about prescriptions -when I signed up on line for The other CVS to pick up a med he simply sad I ll fill it and cancel the other one I had not thought of that possibility Don't get me started on the photo kiosk!! They are especially helpful there A few staff have helped and they are each patient smart and efficient This is a wildly busy place older people --non Eng speakers --moms w strollers All treated well Usually a few registers open and they do open more quickly as needed It is an amazing place!! It's in my neighborhood so frequent visits are my way of knowing this Bravo CVS!!

Can I give them half a star? Store shelves are pretty well stocked and the pharmacy isn't too bad. The bad review is for the registers. Flat out the worst CVS when it comes to checkout. Like one other reviewer said, they used to have self checkout and it wasn't so bad but they brought back cashiers and it is just horrible!

How is there only one register open at a time? Slowest CVS ever. There's always a 10 minute wait at minimum.

I've had a bad experience with their pharmacy unable to locate a prescription I am sure my doctor entered. The communication over the phone is also very poor.

You know, I feel like this CVS gets a bad wrap here on Yelp. It's a drugstore! I generally only stop in for groceries in a pinch and for my pharmacy prescriptions. Aside from the occasional long line (like the other day ugh it was the longest I've seen it with legit 10 people ahead of me) at the pharmacy, I'm usually in and out within 10 minutes. It is a bummer that they took out the self-checkout machines, though. It seems like there are slightly longer lines up front ever since they did that.
