Be aware They don't have a refund policy!!
I wish the sales man at the Boston store disclosure this during my checkout and it's too bad the lady at the cashier was busy enough texting her personal phone instead of helping customers.
After buying my pen yesterday at the Boston store, I regretted my decision and went back to the store less than 1 hour after and they told me you can't return you have to exchange, you just lost an old customer.
I know you have plenty of customers, and don't need my business, but I'm sad because I was loyal to your brand for decades now buying dozens of pens as gifts and myself.
The Boston store needs to be clear as far your refund policy goes and be more professional.

They try to sell you a 149 but they won’t let you write with a 149. Worse they tell you it writes exactly the same as a 146 (they don’t). Makes you question if they know fountain pens.

Angel Hall is an amazing professional. She is a true pleasure to work with. My purchase of a wallet and phone case were seamless. I could have paid 15 dollars less if I purchased on line but I would pay a lot more to work with Angel personally. She shipped the pieces out immediately to my work and I couldn’t be happier. I plan to buy a lot more Mont Blanc products from angel hall moving forward 😀

I've always had great experiences here with a variety of different salespeople. I own over 30 Montblanc pens, and am very satisfied with each one. Not sure about the fussy people leaving bad reviews....maybe they are expecting something for nothing? Who knows. They always have the latest models in stock, and I like their accessories too. I will always be back.

Lu and Angel were very helpful and attentive. When there was a small issue with my order, they resolved it quickly and communicated with me regularly to ensure they were on top of it and would get my watch back to me as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this store.

Relative had a fine in-store experience purchasing a pen here, that I accompanied him to purchase. The next day, called to seek also purchasing a bag & watch (not available anywhere else nor online) that also had eye on. Salesman sent link via email/text to purchase, link expires in certain time frame, relative purchased products on link sent. Credit card purchase went thru on relative's end but did not complete confirmation on salesman's end. After repeated calls with salesman's finance dept and lame excuses for not confirming purchase by Montblanc, purchase was cancelled and product was never received due to poor decisions and excuses by their finance department.

Just inquired about a refill for my pen over the phone - spoke with a very pleasant and helpful woman who answered my questions and took care that I ordered the correct refill. Excellent service. Will be a regular customer here.

Incredibly professional service. Marija, store manager, has been very helpful to chose and find the right writing instrument for our gift. She has gone above and beyond to find the last piece of instrument of a limited collection in the country and sent it to us in less than a day ! Very impressed and look forward to working with her again.

Horrible products, you can buy a pen and 6 months later it break down and you can't even put the cap on. Yes they are professional, yes they are polite, but to stand behind a $550 pen and the materials are breaking down after 6 months of occasional use from pulling it out of the China cabinet? And not consider it defective? Tough lesson learned to not waste money thinking I was buying a pen to last years, a uni-ball doesn't have its cap break for only $2. Buyer beware, yes your getting a nice looking product but poor quality and craftsmanship only lasts 6 months, they do not stand behind their products. The products they produce are no longer what they once were. I have a Meister struck pen from the 90s and it's perfectly fine, the quality control is no longer there now a days. Save your money and get a Waterman or something that is still made reputable and with quality.

A bunch of unprofessional liars work at this store! I gave my MB pen for engraving and it’s been 2+ months now. I’ve been calling them since a few weeks now and every time they give me a different reason for the delay.This store is a disgrace to the MB brand heritage.
