Lu and Angel were very helpful and attentive. When there was a small issue with my order, they resolved it quickly and communicated with me regularly to ensure they were on top of it and would get my watch back to me as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this store.

Relative had a fine in-store experience purchasing a pen here, that I accompanied him to purchase. The next day, called to seek also purchasing a bag & watch (not available anywhere else nor online) that also had eye on. Salesman sent link via email/text to purchase, link expires in certain time frame, relative purchased products on link sent. Credit card purchase went thru on relative's end but did not complete confirmation on salesman's end. After repeated calls with salesman's finance dept and lame excuses for not confirming purchase by Montblanc, purchase was cancelled and product was never received due to poor decisions and excuses by their finance department.

Just inquired about a refill for my pen over the phone - spoke with a very pleasant and helpful woman who answered my questions and took care that I ordered the correct refill. Excellent service. Will be a regular customer here.

Incredibly professional service. Marija, store manager, has been very helpful to chose and find the right writing instrument for our gift. She has gone above and beyond to find the last piece of instrument of a limited collection in the country and sent it to us in less than a day ! Very impressed and look forward to working with her again.

Horrible products, you can buy a pen and 6 months later it break down and you can't even put the cap on. Yes they are professional, yes they are polite, but to stand behind a $550 pen and the materials are breaking down after 6 months of occasional use from pulling it out of the China cabinet? And not consider it defective? Tough lesson learned to not waste money thinking I was buying a pen to last years, a uni-ball doesn't have its cap break for only $2. Buyer beware, yes your getting a nice looking product but poor quality and craftsmanship only lasts 6 months, they do not stand behind their products. The products they produce are no longer what they once were. I have a Meister struck pen from the 90s and it's perfectly fine, the quality control is no longer there now a days. Save your money and get a Waterman or something that is still made reputable and with quality.

A bunch of unprofessional liars work at this store! I gave my MB pen for engraving and it’s been 2+ months now. I’ve been calling them since a few weeks now and every time they give me a different reason for the delay.This store is a disgrace to the MB brand heritage.

One of my monblanc fountain pen needs ink. I went in and Mr.Gary was already assisting a client and he said he will be right with me when he is done. 1-2 mins later, a manager (Ms. Maria/Marina)came out and offered to help me with replacing my ink. She told me that the black ink is currently out of stock and offered me a blue one for the mean time. They took my info and will let me know when it is available.

Aweful sales manager at this store. Sofie is who I am unfortunately have to keep dealing with is horrible. I cannot use the appropriate language needed to describe her, but she seems to believe she's better than anyone and everyone walking into that store. At least that was my experience. Previous reviews state that minorities get mistreated, and that is probably true, but it does not end there it seems. If you are a luxury store, act like you have class, don't act like we're peasants and you grace us with your presence. Sofie does not offer any help, she gives you the quickest answer to get you out of the store or off the phone. Montblanc, you call yourself luxury, then act like it, make sure your staffing your stores with employees who people want to come and see again and again. I drudge every time i think about going to that store. No more purchases for me from them until something changes!
