Juan was very helpful. He gave me a fair quote and simply explained to me the pros and cons of going through insurance to make the repairs (the impact of SDIP points) vs. paying it all out of pocket.

I can't recommend Moreno Auto Collision enough! I had parked my car overnight, and when I came out in the morning, the front bumper had been torn off! I called Moreno, very upset- I had no idea how to proceed. The owner/CEO Juan Chavez was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and supportive. He walked me through everything, from getting a police report to dealing with my insurance company and organizing a rental car. I felt so taken care of. When the work was done, I picked up my car and it looked BRAND NEW!! They even detailed the inside, and gave me Christmas cookies!! I was just blown away by the service I received- thank you, Juan, and thanks to all the guys at Moreno!!

Someone hit my mirror off my car and drove off so I needed to repair it without it costing me my whole deductible. I went to Moreno and they were able to order the part and get it done in one business day. They are so polite and helpful. I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again if I had to!

My car is a 2009 Corolla Le it started to rust. I chose Moreno Auto, because he worked with me to get the right price new hood, front bumper & back car fully painted. Everyone that sees my car said it looks new. Moreno gave me new front light also. I gave him a hug what a great man. If you want a fare deal and professional workmanship don't pass this Auto Collision company by. Very few people today has his heart. My God bless his business in Jesus name.

Great service from Moreno’s — they repaired my 2023 Bolt that was in a fender bender. Juan and Bryan were fantastic in terms of customer service - no waiting, very professional, got it done when they said they would and cleaned the car in and out as a bonus. I had gone to the previous owner, Sergio, for years and this was my first time with the new owners. I would definitely go again and I highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Moreno's Auto Collision is the best around. My family and I have taken our cars here for years and we are always extremely happy with the work that is done by Juan and his team. From Bryan in the office working efficiently on our behalf, to follow-up calls from Juan himself, there is no better auto body shop around. They always work diligently and do phenomenal work. I always recommend this business to anyone in need of auto body work.

Moreno’s was professional and communicated well about the work and costs. So helpful with my insurance estimate and claim as well- I didn’t have to do anything. They also gave me a correct timeline of when the car would be ready. And fixed my side mirror at no cost!! Highly recommend!!
