I've been going to them for years, even after I moved from JP, I still drive about a half hour to get my car serviced at Morrison's. They do great work, are super friendly and my cars have all run well and for many years with their care.

Did everything needed to make my car safe for the Fall - including fixing the broken oil tank & gently repairing front end damage from a careless fender-bender: then charged me half of what I expected. Also gave me two (2!) chocolate chip cookies. Great place, efficient & correct service, and wonderful folks! A+++++++ ?

Took car in for oil change preceding out of state trip: they found & repaired much more, giving me a safe vehicle (12 year old Honda CRV). Trust them implicitly, enjoy them also!!!

I just had my second visit with Morrison’s, and they were great both visits. I feel safe leaving my car with them. They’re super informative and provide genuine customer care! Will definitely always go back!

Our car died when I was an hour from home. We ended up having it towed to Morrison’s because we’ve had good experiences in the past. I called to give them a heads up and spoke to Giovanni who was very reassuring and put my mind at ease. He called me back before closing when the tow truck hadn’t arrived yet to check on the status and give me instructions for the driver on where to leave my car keys overnight. The next day I received several calls from Eduardo who walked me through exactly why our car died and what we needed to do. He then walked me through a few other maintenance things that he recommend I do and even told me which ones could wait. I felt like I received honest opinions and quotes which is great by itself- but what will keep my family coming back to Morrison’s in the future is the personal experience. My kids were greeted and offered refreshments when we arrived by stroller to pick up our car and the door was held open for us as we entered and left- small things but they sure made a car breakdown experience bearable. Thank you to the entire staff for getting us back on the road!

Everyone at the service desk is a pro. The two Mikes took care of us this past visit. Top drawer. The attention to detail resulted in detecting a possible serious problem with the transmission.As a result, we cancelled a trip, and scheduled a time next week to have the matter evaluated.

We'd just moved to Jamaica Plain, so we didn't have a local car mechanic. Someone recommended Morrison's and it turned out to be a lucky thing. They booked us in right away, gave us an estimate and kept to it. The people in the office were not only friendly, they had a sense of humor, which made the whole experience very pleasant.

Best experience with an auto shop I have had. I felt their prices were fair and that they were not nickel and diming me or trying to convince me to complete unnecessary work. When I brought my car in they diagnosed the problem other mechanics never fixed. When I would bring my car in other places they left me with the problems while suggesting other expensive work. They even helped fix an additional issue I had with a squeaky tire free of charge. Mike was personable and friendly.

Very honorable place with wonderful service. Always takes the time to explain pricing clearly and explain necessary vs cosmetic services honestly. I plan on being a longtime customer.
