Amazing experience! Went in to get a pair of earrings fixed and the owner repaired them on the spot in less than a minute. Highly recommend them if you need any jewelry repairs!

I haven't purchased anything at the store, but came in for watch battery change and a ring enlargement. Billy was super charming and funny, and the work was done very very well -- and he charged me at a lower end of an estimate he gave me! Terrific service at a reasonable price -- now that's a rare find these days!

Walked in to see if they could fix a broken pin on my watch band. He quickly found a replacement pin and fix the band - free of charge. Wish I had need for additional services or product from here because I would definitely want to give him my business.

The owner is really friendly and knowledgeable- such a great guy! Helped resize my watch within minutes and gave me some good advice since I didn’t know a whole lot about my watch (it was a gift). Will definitely go back with any other jewelry repairs! Great service and hospitality!
