I’ve been going to teresa for 15 years but this last experience was bad. I went in a couple minutes late for my appointment because i was stuck in rush hour after work and i asked if she can still take me and she said yes with attitude, she then rushed to take off my acrylic and rushed to do my gel and said she has another appointment in 15 minutes… She in fact finished my nails in 15 mins. Still charged me full price $50. The gel came off the same night….. Will not be going back ever again. I would have preferred her telling me she didn’t have enough time and i would have went some where else who did, and was worth my money

Theresa is an excellent nail technician. She did a great job on my nails and made me feel completely at ease at all times! Lost of great nail color choices and a relaxing atmosphere, I would definitely come here again!

The customer care at this nails 2000 is outstanding. The staff are attentive and genuinely care about their clients’ satisfaction. They made sure I was happy with every aspect of my visit. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great nails and excellent service.

Theresa is great and I have loved going to her up until now. My nails were always great. The attention had been amazing. HOWEVER, the person answering the phone now is so rude and disrespectful on the phone AND hung up while I was mid-sentence The disrespect was really astonishing. I will not be returning.

I absolutely love this place!! I have been multiple times and always leave happy. The owner is always welcoming and helpful. They are great about not overbooking, so when you have an appointment, you can count on being helped in a timely manner. I highly recommend Theresa for nails art & Harmany for pedicures- they are both quick, thorough and pleasant. This is absolutely my go-to place for nails!

I'm VERY happy with the service here! First time and I already want to go back. Tammy did my pedicure and her skills are on point, very clean and the massage was relaxing. Theresa did my acrylic nails and they are so perfect, make sure to schedule her in advance! The owners was very accommodating and friendly. Thank you all for the great experience!

I've come here twice for an SNS manicure and both times left with something even better than I planned. Theresa is extremely talented and detail-oriented - today she fixed a small spot on my nail before I even noticed, something other places may let slide by. I've also had a pedicure and gotten my eyelash extensions here - both experiences were great. They have fair prices for Jamaica Plain, and it's definitely worth it for the quality. My new go-to.

As for the actual nails, they are amazing! I strongly recommend picking their brand polishes, they are so pretty and last so much longer than other polishes! My friends and coworkers constantly ask me how I get my nails to stay in such good shape or ask if they're gels, but it's just their amazing polish and their fantastic work. The nail techs at Nails 2000 are all skilled and careful, the location is super clean and beautiful, and I always leave feeling pampered.

I was immediately impressed when I walked in. The salon was beautiful, clean, and large. I was visiting to Jamaica Plain and was able to walk in on a Monday morning and get my mani/pedi immediately. I got the hot stone massage pedi/mani and Harmany was incredible. She had great attention to detail and was especially attentive with my cuticles(always a problem of mine). I loved my experience and I will definitely be back anytime I'm here for a visit again!
