We were reserved a car at the Revere Hotel location. Our train was lasted from NYC and we contacted the national number to let them know we were delayed. The phone rep said they would let the branch manager know and he would contact us and arrange a way for us to pick up the car. When we got to the location it was closed. We called this morning to get our car and the branch manager Wes not helpful and said it was rented and we were out of luck.was closed.

Staff was very attentive and professional. Great follow-up and a midweek email to confirm that all is well. Convenient pick-up location and no need to go into Logan airport. Well done Team National!

Unable to rent the car this time because they would not allow a pickup at the airport and a return downtown. No issue in doing this with Hertz.

Camilo is so helpful! I have had a long term rental from here and the whole team has been great. Had an awful experience at north station. I'd pick this location every time! Keep up the great work team!

Went here for a car rental and they ended up making us wait and along with others for over 2 hours. In the end, they told us there were no cars left. Management is terrible.Will never rent with this company ever again.

I use national exclusively. I always receive top notch customer service. From the booking to the easy return process, it's always effortless. Even better, the fleet is great. I rent a few times a month and enjoy driving cars equal to and in many cases better than my personal car (ie Maserati Levante, BMW X7 and Audi A6). On my way to Florida as i write this review, hope there is a corvette available...

I want to start by saying I'm a big fan of Enterprise and their customer service, so I decided to give National a try a few weeks ago. Hands down, great customer service at this location. Extremely fast, friendly and efficient process. The only issue I ran into was with billing..I was charged $30 in tolls for a 2-day rental!! I only took the car to CT and back but they never put an EZpass in the car. Maybe it was a fault on my part for not asking beforehand, but since this rental car service is based in Boston, you're immediately charged with tolls as soon as you leave the city. At least ask your customers before renting if they'll need the pass? I was hit with $15 in additional charges just for making this mistake. (Car also smelled of smoke to top things off) Needless to say, I won't be renting from National again.
