I called today and spoke to three people for a gas issue - everyone was so helpful and accommodating, especially Owen in electric department. Things happen and go wrong but it’s how one handles it and everyone that works here is professional and helpful.

Not so easy to get out of (low overpasses everywhere by the looks of it and a hard right turn to get back onto the big road).
