The person who assisted me was very friendly, prompt, and gave me a nice hand massage. However, they damaged my nails quite badly when removing the gel and used very low-quality products. Just two days later, one of my nails was already damaged, and within four days, two had broken because they were so weakened. Here I'm posting a photo showing how my nails look five days after the gel application.

Great service and very well priced. They fit me in last minute while visiting from out of town. Grateful! Don't be put off by the location (on the lower garage floor of a high-rise). Security got me through easy peasy, and it was super quick to get to them.

For my first day back at work in the new year I thought I'd treat myself to having someone else take care of trimming/shaping/polishing my nails. Nothing fancy, just a basic manicure with standard nail polish. Maria was really good at that, and was kind enough to use the nail polish color I brought with me from home, which I appreciated. It was a very relaxing experience and I'm glad for that. I've got one bloody cuticle, though, and the polish seems to have been spread all the way up onto the skin on both sides of several nails.

My experience at Natural Image Boston was awesome! Maria is such a sweet person and she feels like family. She took her time for my gel manicure and basic pedicure and they came out amazing! The price is affordable and reasonable - a hidden gem! The salon is in the lower level inside of an office building, it's clean and cozy.

I received the best manicure I’ve had since moving to Boston at this salon. You would never expect it, because it’s tucked on the lower floor of a large office building in the financial district. But it is truly a hidden gem. Best gel manicure I’ve ever gotten (I got one coat of ‘mod about you’, and two coats of ‘funny bunny’). Maria is truly the most amazing human, and she will be getting all my business moving forward! @WhatsNicEating

The women were so unbelievably pleasant and made for a lovely experience. I was able to be seen right away, after calling, and she gave me good instructions on how to get to the shop. I am just a visitor, here to get married , and I don't typically get my nails done, but Maria was sooo lovely that I fully intend to come back and visit her. Tl;dr- incredibly lovely, pleasant experience and very reasonable pricing, especially given the area. Would come back!

Maria is lovely! Meticulous and takes her time to do a fabulous job. This location is in an office building that is open 24 hours (the building, not the salon) . Secure and safe location.
