I have signed up for the 2x a week commitment. I attend the early morning classes with Emily! She’s awesome!! Very personalized group training sessions. Some days it’s three people working out and other days it’s just you and your trainer. Really love that you get both the individualized and group experience. Gym members are mostly young working professionals like myself :)

I cannot recommend Meld enough! The sense of community and trainers are absolutely amazing. They are very accommodating to any injuries you have and I have started to see a difference in the past 6 months. They really have you go out of your comfort zone and target muscles you would normally not. 10/10 recommend for personal training in the city!

Great experience would definitely recommend to anyone looking to either get back in the gym after a long hiatus, or to learn some new skills in the gym. The owner and staff are super accommodating, and have your best interest at heart. The facility is clean, and the equipment is plentiful. 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely loved working out with MELD and Gabby! It was a relaxed environment that allowed me to feel comfortable to push myself without feeling overwhelmed or intimidated. We unfortunately moved out of the area, but I definitely recommend MELD and especially my girl, Gabby!

I have been a member at Meld for almost 2 years, and I love it. There is a great sense of community and it is a place you can be yourself and get a great workout. The small group format works well for me. The trainers are awesome, especially Gabby! She keeps me motivated in and out of our sessions!

MELD is a great way to reach your fitness goals with an amazing group of staff and other members without the pressure of going to a packed gym. The trainers are really experienced and are prepared for absolute beginners and/or extreme pros. I have nothing but great things to say about this small group personal training gym and couldn’t recommend it enough!!!!

This is the place to come if you want to get started on the path to getting healthy and fit! The trainers are very welcoming and knowledgeable. They can cater to any experience level and tailor their programs for the goals you want to achieve. I will never go back to a 'big-box' chain after joining MELD. The undivided attention that you receive in such small classes has helped me so much to achieve my goals!If you are looking for an affordable, personal and effective gym experience - This place is ideal.

This review is for Next Level Fitness in Hannibal, NY, serving Fulton, Oswego, Mexico , Syracuse and all of Central New York. Started by three friends from the Fulton area, Next Level Fitness has literally changed lives! With classes at 5 AM and 6 AM on weekdays, next level offers classes to meet everyone's schedule. Whether it is for $5 a class or for a monthly fee, Next Level has weigh-ins, personal coaching and calorie awareness to help get gains for its clients. Still another perk of the monthly rate is to be able to do workouts at your leisure because the instructor is streamed and recorded to not ever miss a day for home use. Inside a spacious pole barn where socially distanced grids are set up and a plethora of anti-bacterial hand sanitizers, masks and other supplies are readily available. Located at 12 Harold Drive off of Route 3 between Hannibal and Fulton, this is a place where if you have the will, they will show you the way! Great job Ashley, Erin and Hollie! You are changing lives by offering a comfortable place to make gains no matter where you are, you can still go far!!!!

I'll start out by saying that I am SO grateful to have found a gym that has been able to provide the tools I've needed to succeed in my fitness journey but haven't found elsewhere:-ACCOUNTABILITY-Community-Individual Attention & EncouragementThe team at Next Level has been able to give me exactly what I needed to jump start my fitness journey and turn it into a lifestyle. The trainers are all extremely passionate about what they do, they genuinely care about your individual progress... but also how you FEEL while you crush your goals!!! Every session is different from HIIT to Tabata, so it never gets boring and the "focus" changes every few months based on a plan that was designed for progress but tailored by the trainers to YOU so you get the best workout. Each trainer's personality is also different; they have a variety of skills & knowledge, energy and entertainment! It's a lot of fun but TRUST ME the workouts are no joke. They will give you your money's worth and then some... I didn't realize I was capable of burning so much in 45 min sessions. The 8 week program was the perfect opportunity to dive back into exercise post-quarantine, they are flexible with AM/PM time slots, and you always get personal attention, whether it's one-on-one or groups under 3. Micah and the NL team check-in frequently and hold you accountable to your goals which is #1 in my book. I've been beyond impressed thus far and I can't wait to continue my journey with Next Level!

The entire Next Level Fitness crew are people that I trust to guide me to the next step of my fitness and wellness journey. I started the 8 week program having NO formal fitness experience, NO idea what to do in the gym, and NO idea what is safe and good for my body. With trainers that are experts in a variety of techniques and styles, check-ins and communications with trainers and fellow gym members, and workouts that were personalized to my skills and goals— I’m leaving 100% more confident in myself, my appearance, and my abilities inside the gym and beyond. The results:24 sessions in 8 weeks:-8% body fat- 9 lbs total-18 lbs fat!!+ 9 lbs muscle- inches all around+ noticeably toned muscles+ great friends and supporters in my trainersLogistics: workouts are ~45 minutes long (often stayed a bit longer to stretch or chat). Sign up for workouts in advance via easy-to-use app, with flexible dates and times. Workouts currently offered in several slots early AM and throughout the PM as well as a few slots on weekends. Workouts usually had under 3 people, and often were one-on-one trainings. Definitely get your moneys worth. The workouts are a mix of HIIT, MMA/boxing inspired, CrossFit style, strength training, calisthenics, body weight, weightlifting... a little of everything, which makes it fly by. They’ll definitely kick your butt, regardless of how fit you start off, because it’s all about pushing for your personal best, whatever that means to you. Trainers are really open to adjust workouts based on your injuries or abilities (ex I’ve had trouble with shin splints).Micah and team are just a great group of people passionate about what they do. I encourage anyone to take advantage or programs through Next Level Fitness!!

I have became obsessed with Next Level Fitness! I love the size of the classes because you are continually being pushed by the trainers and don’t get lost in a crowd. Having the trainers check in on you after your work out shows they care about your progress and truly embodies the feelings of a family! I’m so happy to be a part of the gym and look forward to every class!

Next Level Fitness has completely changed how I workout. I am super busy and always tired, but the accountability factor of small group or individual classes plus personalized training works so well for me. I look forward to going and feel great when I leave!

Always enjoy my time with my trainers and my members! Always feel challenged and get pushed to the limit but in the best way. Martin and Micah are hilarious and the most fun and encouraging!
