My Apple Watch’s screen came off and where the Apple Store said I’d have to buy a new one I got it fixed here for $15 and in 30 minutes! I’ve gotten watch batteries changed here before as well and have had great experiences!

This kiosk is incredible. They really know their stuff and go beyond what you expect for your timepieces. I had 5 watches that needed a replacement and it was only $16 per watch. Very reasonable. They even cleaned and polished the stainless steel. Highly recommend.

Horrible at adjusting links on my watch. Took out 4 from one side and 2 from the other instead of averaging 3 and 3 so now the watch is one sided. Go to a better watch repair business

Hoi is the man. Over the years he has replaced batteries on digital and analog watches that I own - ranging from Casio to Shinola. He also helped restore a pocket watch that was my maternal grandfather's! He is friendly, fun to chat with and his prices are awesome. I was living in Nashville for 4 years and all my watches need battery replacements - for example, the places there could not replace the battery on my Seiko Prospex Arnie - Hoi could. Now it's running again! Thanks, Hoi! Like Arnie said, I'll be back!

20$ to change the battery of one watch and 15$ to adjust the size of each watch I brought. The service was fast and the person in charge was friendly and polite.

So quick and easy, brought a breitling aerospace in for a battery change and couldn’t be happier. Cost $45 and took about 10/15 minutes. In addition to replacing the battery he made sure to reset the time as well as cleaned off a few of the components before reassembling the case back. Will 100% return for my next battery change.

We wanted to get the battery for our Grand Seiko replaced, and we are extremely happy with the service. He was a man of few words, but he worked very quickly and efficiently, with precision and care. He did the battery replacement right in front of us. Would recommend.

Adjusted (shortened) my Laco fleiger stainless watch band for $15 while I waited. Friendly, quick and good at his job. Have had quartz watch batteries replaced here in a similar quick and reasonably priced way. Highly recommended!!
