- Entrance on the right side between buildings, no any signs
Get out:
- Same way from parking lot
- left on Pappas Way
- Left on Summer Street
- Right on Pumphouse Rd
- Left on Haul Rd and keep right
- At lights on Haule Rd keep RIGHT to I-90W (No signs on tunnel), left lane I-90E, Right I-90W
Google maps gives good directions. Garmin - doesn’t.”
“THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL SHOWROOM, IT IS RED THREAD DESIGN AND THEY ARE GREAT
When you search 'Steelcase Boston', you (like me) would think it is a typical retail branded showroom. This address/location is actually 'Red Thread' design studio who are a Steelcase authorized dealer, servicing mainly corporate clientele but take individual appointment walk-ins. They were very responsive to my email and Aga was incredibly helpful and friendly during my individual chair test.
Seems like a lot of bad reviews are because people are expecting a retail experience, but it is slightly different. Would recommend contacting the Red Thread team if interested in a chair test.”

“I see tons of people complaining about this place. I went in last night. Appointment was for 4:30am. Got there at 2:30am on a door right away gone by 3:20am. Staff was really nice and helpful.”
