Had a great experience with the cashier Emi and the manager Lyv helping me get my new card sent to me and dealing with all the confusion but also thank you so much for showing me patience and grace. A black female Employee from Old Navy verbally me at the Downtown Boston Dunkin Doughnut store. I was in the middle of trying to pay for my order and she approached me and stood right next to me. I asked her to please step aside so I can pay for my order. She went off on me claiming I am jealous of her. Keep in mind she's wearing a "Do Rag Scarf and looks like she rolled out of bed." While wearing the Old Navy badge and tag. I complained to the manager on duty DAN. He claims he will investigate. Which I don't feel confident he will. I won't be shopping there or The Gap anymore.

My grandpa went to this oldnavy today, he’s 93 years young. He likes to independently shop says it brings him peace and joy. He went to treat himself to new jeans, he stated that when he entered the dressing room there was a lady by the name of Annie who helped him find sizes that he wanted, she called another man down to get his sizing information and remove the tag from his jeans. They were very kind to my grandpa I’m happy we still have kind gentle people in this world. He loves the jeans and haven’t took them off yet thank you to the lady who helped him in the fitting room. Giving 5 stars.

I want to thank the associate Andrea. She was very helpful at helping me find clothes for my entire family; her being bilingual helped a lot with our interaction, she’s patient and kind. She deserves a 5 Star review. I’m giving 4 stars because management should have more staff for such a big store and also more security staff.
