I expect more from four seasons. Chairs were old and not in the nice sense. No "real" espresso

Every year, my friend and I go to One + One at the Four Seasons after a PR industry conference. It's a special occasion. Maria, our waitress, gave us a warm welcome and took care of us while we were there. We had a lot of fun and will continue our tradition!

I booked this breakfast during my weekday vacation due to all the pictures online showing such a wide variety of food and things that looked so good. I thought there would be something that both me and my partner would like and worth the $50 cost per person not including drinks. However when I got there it became clear that there was not a wide variety or anything good about the fruit. Most things out were basic half effort breakfast items you would find served by a three star hotel. Most of the items I had even seen online were not even there. And though the one wait staff was so kind and considerate I left breakfast still feeling hungry and like I had extremely overpaid

Service here was great. If you decide to go and Maria is your server, please give her a good tip she was super nice and attentive. The food was tasty, only thing is that it lacked in variety, but the options that were there were good. Price is a little too steep for the variety of food but honestly the server and the ambiance make up for it. I recommend this place if u want a nice relaxing brunch.

The dining experience started out awful and continued downhill. I was very looking forward to a"date" Sunday Brunch at the Four Seasons. It started by our arriving at 9:30 for a 9:45am reservation for the brunch and being told brunch did not start until 10:am but we could come in and begin with the breakfest offerings until then. Why was a 9:45am reservation offered on Open Table if it did not start until 10:am! We were seated and given the Brunch special drinks. Then we were ignored for 15 minutes..no server came to the table, no coffee was offered, no one told us to begin with the breakfast offering..nothing. I finally asked a host to please get our server. She arrived shortly and apologized (there were 2 other tables only in her area occupied) and brought coffee. She and everyone at the restaurant was unclear about what we were being offered and the charge(breakfast &49 or brunch $99) as many times as we asked. We wee never told we could order off a menu as others did withe cook to order eggs, but were told the omelette station would open at 10am. We were the first there and each order an omelette and was told our server would deliver it. Not sure how that was going to happen as the chef had no idea who that was. Again, waited 20 minutes, no food, finally a host asked if we were ok and we told them ..5 minutes later ONE omelette arrived and she didn't even know which one it was! Now, there was no line at the omelette station, we were the only ones who had ordered. After 10am some items that were considered were as "brunch", raw bar, pastries, were now available, but then our server said we could have gotten these right as we sat down. A complete fiasco. No apology, every one that waited on us was equally confusing and it was a very bad morning..one we had been looking forward to, but it turned out to be one that we would not have expected from the Four Season. I will not return for any dining or lodging in the future.

We celebrated my mom's 70th birthday and the staff were very attentive and made her time special. The food was all very delicious, but for the price, I was expecting a little bit more of a "wow" factor. Still a great, relaxing brunch.

We had a great time. It was my mom's birthday and they went out of their way to make her feel special. We were treated so well from leaving our car at the valet to leaving after a great brunch. The food was excellent. We would definitely return

I was expecting something more like the Bruch at Cafe Fleury at the Langham so I was disappointed in the size of the brunch and selection. Staff was fantastic but I wouldn't pay $98 a person

Fantastic brunch buffet experience. The quality of the food was top notch, service was impeccable, everything tasted delicious. We wished they had a little more variety (eg pasta options or more cheese/charcuterie options)

I stayed at the Four Seasons at 1 Dalton in Boston the last 2 nights. For $1300 a night, I had high expectations of the room and service. I turned my "'make up room" service button on at 7:30am when I left the room. I came back at 3pm to a dirty room!!!For $1300 a night, I expect to be able to return to a clean room when I return from a long day. I had to call for housekeeping to come up at 3pm to clean my room and their lame excuse is that they start cleaning at 9am! Well 6 hours passed from the time you were supposed to have started!!! My rest time was disrupted as I had to wait for them to clean just the bathroom because I didn't have time or patience for them to make the beds as well.I paid $2400 in just room charge for 2 nights for a room that is small and mediocre at best. Only thing decent was the bathroom. Service was terrible and shattered my image of Four Seasons in general. So many better hotels around. I loved the Mandarine Oriental. For the same price, it's a much better room and service!!!

Not impressive at all. It's on the second floor with no view of anything. Food is nothing special at all. Very small station !!! Way overpriced for what you get. Service was excellent. Waiter was very nice. Three of us, and after spending with tip close to 400 dollars !!! No , No , save your money. Any restaurant will be better than this. I came home and ate. Save your money please.

The luxury weekend brunch buffet on the second floor of the One Dalton Street Four Seasons is simply amazing. If you like lobster and oysters, then the buffet is worth the price. The shrimp cocktail, the lobster, the oysters all tasted fresh. There is an omelette station where one has plentiful choices. There is also prime rib. Pancakes, scrambled eggs, yogurt, sausages. One thing I was confused about is my server told me I was limited to 2 complimentary cups of coffee. For a $99 buffet, I would recommend the management actually indicate this policy on the printed or online menu. Instead, the wording is coffee is inclusive of the buffet, which I read before booking a reservation. I felt like there was a bait and switch. I did wait a while before my server came to take my drink order – maybe around 10 minutes or so -- so I got up and started taking pictures of the food. There are many employees walking around the restaurant. Maybe have someone bring out water when patrons are seated. I waited another 10 minutes to get my drinks. The coffee came first and then after a few minutes more, the server must have realized I was missing the water. Beautiful ambiance. I liked my seating location. The next time I come, I'll probably skip the omelette as it made me really full.

I absolutely love any Four Seasons restaurant. The food and service are outstanding. It's the little things that matter and One + One exceeds in all areas. If you want a high end, high quality brunch experience, this is the place to go.

While visiting Boston, my wife and I decided to experience the breakfast buffet at the One and One restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel, One Dalton Street. It was a wonderful experience. The restaurant itself was elegant with plenty of natural light and modern appointments. The staff was welcoming and very attentive. Best of all... The food selections. There was everything that you could possibly want! We started with raw bar selections that included oysters, shrimp cocktail, lobster salad, and lobster tails. All super fresh and tasty! Next, we enjoyed their salad bar which had offering from spinach, salad, tomatoes and mozzarella, and avocado toast. If this wasn't enough, there were offerings of eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, and an omelet bar. I almost forgot to get mention the carving station! After you enjoy a sampling of the mant offerings, you can sample array of tasty desserts. My favorites were there Blueberry cheesecake, the chocolate raspberry cake, mini fruit tarts, and bon bons!I would highly recommend the weekend brunch for a special occasion. You will not be disappointed!
