Surprisingly poor customer service. If you need help with a purchase, it's hard to get a resolution. It shouldn't be so frustrating, especially in concert with a local small business.

I really REALLY used to love this store! The sweet red haired girl (for the life of me I can’t remember her name!) has always been so helpful when I have popped in from time to time. As of late though, it’s not top of my list to visit when I’m on Charles. The older woman that works there is SO over the top pushy to the point that I feel uncomfortable. When I’m trying to browse, I don’t need someone trying to sell me something that is SO not my vibe. That said- they have a well curated selection with designers I have yet to find other places in Boston.

Cute store ...BUT but bought a $250 bag as a present for my mom but she didn't like it. Tried to return it 3 days later and was told it was a final sale. The saleswoman NEVER told me it was a final sale - kind of important info, right? And I didn't get a receipt that said that either. SKETCHY. I hate it when a "women-run" store gives women a bad name. Never again. Ps. It's a bag - literally no reason it can't be returned.

Stopped in last weekend while I was in town visiting my daughter. Amazing clothing and unique options. The employee who helped me was exactly as an owner would want her to be. She made me feel welcome and was so friendly and helpful. I wish they had a boutique in California where I live.

Every piece I have ever owned from Ouimillie is timeless and always makes me feel amazing when I wear it/them! The collection ranges from playful and whimsical or super euro sexy and as always there are stunning classics. The shop is always on trend if not ahead of the wave, and it is just fun to browse and checkout what’s new. Also every piece is actually quality, w real manufacturing that doesn’t fall apart! It’s impossible not to feel chic in these clothes, Boston is so lucky to have Ouimille curating this delightful fashion and home accessories style buffet for the all the hardworking citizens who are still artist at heart ?

Ouimillie is one of my favorite stores in Boston. The staff is so friendly, and everything in the store is beautiful and thoughtfully chosen. Every item I have from there is a joy to use or wear. It is my go-to place to find unique and special pieces.

I have been a loyal customer at Ouimillie since its beginning. Each piece I have gotten there has not only been on trend, but retains their ongoing relevance in my personal collection. The owner is delightful and brings her expertise as an interior designer to helping the customer find the exact right pieces. The staff are always friendly and helpful. These special accessories, garments and home goods are not found anywhere else. It is my go to for shopping in Boston.

My daughter and I always find things we love at Ouimillie. Recent purchases were terrific Craie leather bags in navy blue and maroon and a gorgeous gray wool cocoon coat. Really nice staff and welcoming atmosphere.

This is a place that makes you feel happy even if you don't buy a thing. I, however, was tempted by several Bellerose things - and now I feel happy at home when I wear them. PS. this isn't a shop just for the "young". I'm 75.

Ouimille is a beautiful store, whenever I visit them I feel like home, the staff is very welcome and friendly. They really care about the customers and they have unique designs.
Last Christmas I went with a friend from Spain and we bought Hand Poured Soaps, OMG! The smell of "Sylva" is outstanding, you can travel to Arab dessert, and it is made all organic, I truly recommend it. It last long and is so soft for the hands. The brands of the store are special, and the whole experience is a 10.

Wonderful shop, lovely staff and uniquely delightful stock that you definitely won’t find everywhere. And one of the only places I know in the US where you can shop my fave Bellerose!
