I’ve been few times at this store and the sale associates are nice and helpful but the manager is always with an attitude as she owns the store. I wonder if for that reason every visit there’s a new sales associate. I was just there to ask about the new collection and I understand that there’s is a process before to show it to people. Instead of explain me that they need to organize the merch to put it on sale on launch day, she was so rude and told me that they have few stock and that better go to buy online if I want to get them because they might sold out at for time next day. Definitely no going more to that store and I feel it for the people that have to work with her.

Arrived at 10 minutes to close knowing exactly what I wanted. Saw other customers still in the store. Was told they were closed. Probably didn't NEED another charm but was hoping to add Boston to my baubles. Boo on your staff today. I would have been out of there in less than 2 minutes and it still would have been well within your posted operating hours.

In this store is where I usually bought all of my charms and one day I bought a ring but it was kinda big, I went back to see if it was possible to change it for a smaller size but when I asked a girl and another worker immediately took the ring out of my hand and was really rude telling me that she couldn’t resell it and was giving me dirty looks, I was okay with the fact that it wasn’t possible to change the ring but the attitude of that woman was really unacceptable, the girl was really nice but I’m not coming back to that store.

I didn't make plans to come here, but happened to see the Pandora store when my friend wanted to go to Saks Fifth Avenue, and this store is right by it inside the Prudential center. I was greeted as I was walking in, and I asked for a Boston specific charm. I used to work for Pandora in Chicago, so I'm aware that there's city specific charms. The first associate that helped me said she didn't know it's a thing, and the other associate said they do have two options for me. So the first girl showed me a dangle that's $60 and it says Boston Strong on it. The second option would be the engraving machine, it'd be a round charm with sparkles around the corners of it and in plain silver it'll write out Boston and you can add a symbol on it like the clover for the Celtics. I have too many of those round charms and figured I could use a dangle. I also like that they take the Pandora gift card. I ended up getting it too because I have a friend who survived that tragedy and was hurt in that marathon about 10 years ago. It's also a charm that I can only find in Boston. Other than that hiccup, I had a great experience, and at check out they started complimenting my rings and Apple Watch band. They also had an issue with finding my record in the system even though I'm registered in Chicago. The system said I existed but couldn't locate a record. I'd recommend this store to anyone in the area, bare with them as the product knowledge may not fully be there and there might be slight issues with finding you in the system but they'll find a solution for you.

Horrible experience in Pandora that is in Prudential! I tried to go to the store waiting for them to help me with my bracelet because when I walked my bracelet opened by itself, I had to check every 5 minutes that my bracelet did not open. I was afraid that I would lose it. When I arrived at the store I explained to them what the problem was,First of all, "the manager" who was very rude and disrespectful, she told me that she’s not gonna change my bracelet because it was in perfect condition, I tried to explain to her that at first it seems to close well but when I am walking my bracelet opened and fell, she insisted that she’s not gonna change it for a new one because the bracelet is fine, she also told me that it happened because I didn't close it well, I asked her for her name just to talk to customer services and tell them who took care of me and she said that she didn't have to give me her name and she walked away. I was embarrassed by her behavior. She seemed extremely entitled. I was disappointed that this company would allow such representation. Just to mention it, I bought my bracelet 2-3 weeks ago in that store.Very bad experience, and unprofessional! If you need help, go to another Pandora’s store. I will rather drive to Burlington or Assembly and have great service than to come back to this location.I went to Pandora in Assembly the same day and they helped me with my bracelet without problem, and they also helped me to find a new charm. Excellent staff!

It is a pity that they have such rude workers. We went to change a bracelet today because the size was not correct. the manager was really rude and uneducated. He told us that they did not have the size and that he could not do anything, which is strange because in any store you can order things online. she do not do nothing. I would like to have an answer from the general manager since the attitude of the other manager was really rude for no reason. We hasn't rude, we dont understand his actitud. So rude. This happen in pandora-prudential center. She told me that they couldn't help us order it online. I would like to know if it is true, or it was just his bad attitude. I am reading other comments and I see that I am not the only person who has been treated badly.

I went to the Pandora of the Prudential Center to change a bracelet that I bought for my wife, a lady named Laura helped me and told us that she was the manager with a terrible attitude, frowning and speaking so rude. I asked him in a very good way to change the product or at least if we could order it online to which he only replied that they did not do that, which is very strange because on other occasions I have had all the help available from the sellers of pandora and excellent service, it's a shame that such a person works for a company that is characterized by good service,

Wow, now this was an horrible experience for me. Never in all the times I’ve been at a pandora store been treated like this. Customer service was horrible and the girl that was supposed to help me was not trying to. So much happened in this visit and I’m never going back there again. I rather drive to another location that is not Prudential.

Avoid shopping at this Pandora store. Save yourself the time and bad experience. If you're looking for Boston-specific charms here, you're out of luck. The only supposed retailer in Boston doesn't carry them anymore. I learned the hard way -- but it didn't have to be so.I called their direct line listed on Google several times (I later confirmed at the store that it was the right number) and for several days, never an answer. I wanted to make sure they carried the Boston charms before heading to the store to avoid the awful traffic and parking this time of year.Since I got no response, I decided to go to the store and deal with nearly an hour of traffic in order to get this charm in time for Christmas.Once I arrived I was greeted by one lovely store employee who immediately informed me that they sold out of the Boston charms and tried selling me something else.Another not-so-nice older lady, who wore a permanent frown on her face, proceeded to tell me that Pandora will no longer make them.Disappointed and frustrated, I told them that I could've avoided the long drive had someone picked up the phone and told me the same information. The sour lady then said that the phones don't work... I politely asked her to address this issue with Pandora to please fix this and avoid these situations. She just stared at me with the meanest look. Completely rude and unprofessional. No apology, no sympathy, nothing. Only the younger nicer lady said she was sorry for the trouble.I can't say I'm surprised. I read the reviews beforehand and thought the experiences others had may have been isolated. I was wrong. Not shopping at this location ever. I hope corporate Pandora sees this and takes care of the problem, which is also partially their responsibility, because they aren't posting any announcements about the status or discontinuation of their city-specific charms -- if that is true. AND FIX YOUR DAMN PHONES

I walked in and wasn't greeted right away. I was picking up an order. The staff were great but the manager was horrible and rude. She even snatched things away as if I was going to steal them. They should bring the previous manager back. She was nice and helpful. If that's how she treats customers I don't want to imagine how she treats the employees. I will rather drive to Burlington and have great service than to come back to this location.

I return a $225 new snake chain bracelet, but the store only refund me $128. Stay away from this place. Will call police to follow up.
