Food was decent but nothing special. I had seen rave reviews and it was labeled as a "must go" restaurant. Some food was served luke warm and others, like the beef in the beef fried rice, was served undercooked.

Best Chinese seafood meal of my life not even close. Ginger scallion lobster, oysters in black bean sauce, ask about king crab.

About the restaurant: Sure, you can find traditional Chinese dishes at Peach Farm, but most devotees, especially late-night chefs, head to this Chinatown hideout for the live fish tank.Food: Make your selections, and the chefs prepare fish and shellfish any way you like. Why do a pu pu platter when you can try steamed black fish or pan-fried sea conch? The kitchen excels at some very unusual dishes like stewed abalone and Hong Kong-style sirloin. In addition, it serves some of the best steamed oysters in black bean sauce and spicy, dry-fried salted squid in all of Boston. Other seafood dishes include sizzling flounder, sliced fish and Szechuan-style shrimp. Non-seafood favorites include braised duck, ginger and scallion beef, and chicken in Peking sauce. Service can be a bit brusque, and servers might be less than eager to introduce the more authentic, off-the-menu dishes. But be firm in your adventurousness, and you'll be rewarded with a satisfying experience.
