Very communicative and responsive during our move. Appreciated receiving a photo of barricade and permits being posted. Thank you!

I paid the company to get the permit and post signs. They only got a 12 hour permit for the POD, and told us we have to just change the dates on the signs and hope we don’t get fined. It’s less than 24 hours before our moving pod is supposed to come, and the other service- posting signs- still has not happened. It seems like a waste of money, you might as well just go to the city yourself.

Overall horrible customer service. Permit puller posted my signs well over a week in advance of my move and when a construction crew accidentally took my sign down I was lied to about what would happen next.
I called several times with requests to have my sign replaced. Every time I was told “my cities specialist is busy, but we can confirm our crew will be replacing your sign”. Today is the day of my move and my signs aren’t up.
Because of their incompetence I either have to try and tow some poor persons car who didn’t know any better or have my movers park far away adding additional costs and stress. Working with permit pullers is not worth the money, you’re better off doing it yourself.

We unfortunately did not have a great experience with this company. We had a moving container scheduled to come to South Boston. We applied on line for the permit 3 weeks before, and confirmed the day after everything was all set. The container was set to come on a Thursday-the movers and the crane were scheduled to come Friday. We called the Tuesday and Wednesday before to make sure the permits were going to be posted. They told us they were out posting permits. We woke up on Thursday morning-no permits were posted. I had to scramble to change our container delivery, and had to pay extra to ensure the container was going to be the first delivery Friday because we had movers and a crane scheduled on Friday morning. Moving is so stressful and this company made it even worse.

Ivan was helpful with me obtaining permits that I did not know I needed for moving Pods to be placed in our street in a fast manner and was great communicating with me as I worried and stressed about gettting it in time for my move. Very understanding and patient with me and my worries. Many thanks to Ivan for helping me with kindness.

I submitted a permit application through Permit Puller about 4 weeks before my move. I didn't hear anything from their team until I emailed 1 week before my move requesting an update on my pending permit. I received an email confirmation saying that the "permit was picked up the other day [to be] sent over right now". To where? I'm not really sure.
My permit was still pending 72 hours before my move and my signs weren't posted until I called twice the day before my move asking where my signs were. The signs were then posted several hours later without a call back, but then were removed (by an unknown party). What troubles me is that my permit is *still* pending even after my move date, so I'm not entirely sure what I paid for or if my permit application was even valid. Unfortunately the city of Boston requires movers using U-haul containers and PODS to use Permit Puller, so if you have other means besides U-Haul/PODS, then I recommend going to City Hall just so you don't have to deal with Permit Puller and their poor communication.

I submitted my permit a moth before I needed it. Permit Pull didn't submit my permit application to the city for 18 days. This meant my permit was only given to me the day before it was needed and an address correction could not be made as they also put the wrong address after I talked with support about the exact address I would need.

Ivan has been very helpful and has kept me updated while ordering my permit for me. I had no Idea that the city of Pittsburgh required a COI and he let me know and sent the sample of how it needed to read.Thank you very much for your help with all of this. He has been a great person to work with!

I needed to have a 13 ft trailer parked outside of my home in Seattle when I was moving and did not have the mental capacity to stress over securing a parking permit and “no parking” barricades from the city. Seattle’s laws about these things are not the easiest to navigate. I contacted Permit Puller for help, and they knew everything about what to expect and how to go about getting these permits in Seattle. The best part was they ALWAYS answered the phone. I’m so glad I found them online.
