The is the best place i’ve found in the boston area to buy individual cans of cat food for my picky kitty. Prices are good and they have sales often. Shout out to Julia the cashier, she is very helpful and knowledgeable.

The store has a variety of food and supplies for your pet. I was looking for the grooming department which the store doesn't have but I was able to get all I needed to get my dog a bath.

Friendly staff. Always willing to help with any questions. Decent variety of small animal foods and supplies. I needed young rabbit food for a foster and was happy to find they stocked it. Sometimes toys are in limited supply especially when there is a sale. One of my favorite stores to shop in for small animals.

I bought two parakeets from this location and the manager was really awesome. He grabbed them for me and showed me what I needed. This was a painless transaction with great customer service definitely will be returning.

Was 5 stars, but I lowered it because of my experience today.
I brought my dog in to get some food and potentially a new toy, but upon entering we were greeted by the screeching sound of an angle grinder on metal. My dog is not fond of loud noises so this was a no go for us.
The staff were super helpful and offered to get whatever I needed, but my dog was way to scared to even stay in the store.
Unfortunately, this meant bringing her home and then going to the local grocery store to get her food. Essentially a huge waste of my time.
Obviously things break and need to be repaired, but to do so in a store when pets are expected to be there is just poor planning. Something like this should be done off hours (and I got there almost an hour after they opened).
Again the staff are super helpful and the selection is great, but this is clearly a failure on management and/or corporate.
Do better.
