This place literally needs a retraining, the staff talk amongst each other and ignore customers , u can stand 20 plus minutes in line before they ask for next customer, there is only 2 workers and they will both focus on one transaction also slowing down the speed, there’s no AC and it has smelled bad all summer

This place is always busy. Best time is to come in the mornings like 8 and late in the evenings . They are always very welcome here . Angela and Alejandro help me out . They showed me how I could get a xpectations card

Victoria, Julie, Frannie, and all the other very knowledgeable and friendly ladies at the PLS Check Cashing on Tremont St were so professional and had us laughing today, even though we took up over an hour of there time while sorting out a very confusing check cashing situation! They managed to find a solution and executed it with smiles the whole time! I HIGHLY recommend using them for your financial needs as they were a very professional group. You’ll leave laughing because they truly know the meaning of service with a smile! Maybe customer service isn’t dead after all! Thank you, ladies!!

PLS on Tremont has the most efficient staff members . They are courteous and was able to serve my needs. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly.
