Best car buying experience I’ve ever had, including when I purchased a Tesla. The people at Polestar Boston were the best. When I purchased my car, I had recently had surgery and their patience, care, and attention to detail was above and beyond. Oh, and the Polestar 2 is a wonderful, well appointed vehicle. Put together much better than Tesla and more intuitive interior and controls. Highly recommend!!

The whole process was simple and easy, from scheduling a test drive to getting my lease squared away and delivered to my doorstep. Casual yet professional, the associates there took great care of me and I have total confidence that I could call them at any time with questions or concerns. Extremely happy with my Polestar and with Polestar Boston.

The communication between Polestar Boston and Boston Volvo is abysmal. Polestar Boston uses Boston Volvo's service department. We called and schedule our two year service on our PS2 in July and the earliest appt they could give us was October 2nd. We live far away so they would be delivering a loaner vehicle to us, and taking our car back to Boston for the service. On 10/2 we received a call 20 minutes before they were schedule to show up at our house, explaining there was a scheduling conflict and the earliest they could come pick up our car was OCTOBER 25th! We explained to them this was unacceptable because we needed the service completed prior to a 1,000+ mile road trip we would be taking at the end of the month. We were told someone would call us back to schedule something sooner, if we could bring the car to Boston for the service, ourselves. Someone called, and the service was schedule for today. We were never told we had to be there at a certain time (since the expectation was we were dropping the car off, and taking a loaner car home). So today we showed up at 2:00 because I had to work until 12:30 and we live about 90 minutes away. The advisor checked us in, took the car back, and then asked us "do you need something else?". I said "we are supposed to have a loaner vehicle so we can return home". We were told we were three hours late for our appt (Polestar told us we didn't have to be there at any certain time) and that they don't usually give out loaner cars that late but that they would have to see if they could make an exception. We did receive a loaner car. After we signed the contract, the advisor then told us our vehicle may be ready by 5:30. Why were we told we needed to drop the car over the weekend, and get a loaner car in the first place? We ultimately decided to sit in the waiting room for a few hours and wait for our vehicle to be finished.It seems that nobody at Polestar and Volvo communicate expectations with one another, and nobody is on the same page. Polestar set the expectation that we would need to leave our vehicle, and take a loaner, while Volvo told us it would be 3 hours, thus making the entire loaner vehicle unnecessary.

Good experience here. Will in service department has been super helpful. Got my Polestar2 towed in overnight due to charger problem - got a text from Will first thing acknowledging the drop off. He set me up with a rental from Hertz and even sent a Lyft to bring me here from my office!

Everyone at Polestar Boston, headed by Phil, has been excellent to work with. They were patient with questions before the purchase and at pick-up, and were in touch continually when the RMV were slow to complete their side of the deal. The car itself, which I found to be enjoyable at first, has grown more impressive with use. Its 5-60 mph acceleration is first rate (I have a couple of on-ramps on 128 that require it) the handling is linear and intuitive, the interior has clean lines and mostly accessible controls. (My only quibble -- so you know this a real review! -- can the detailing guys find a better smelling cleaning agent?!)

Polestar Boston has been a pleasure to work with through the ordering, sale, and handover process. They were responsive to texts and emails and were largely my sole source of information on timing for the car delivery which was much appreciated. I did a test drive and Eric was happy to show me everything about the car and send me on my way to test with no pressure. Sales process was digital, quick, and painless. Highly recommend!

Great experience! Purchased Polestar 2 in August, had great experience during the whole buying process. Later during using the car small issue came up and just today I stopped by to ask for solution and everything been resolved within minute! Special thanks to Brandon - great customer service! 5 star!

Purchasing of the car was relatively simple and straightforward. Phil was responsive, friendly and very competent.However, 9 months into the purchase, polestar would NOT be my choice. They clearly do not have enough staff nor training. The staff there appears to suffer from morale “I don’t care” issues.I’ve gone there three times, no one could fix the problem. Two other times, they blew off my appointment. Maybe 1 out of 15 times, they’ll pick up the phone. A handful of other owners I’ve spoken with have very similar experiences.They get two stars for having a good car. But hold off from buying this car. Their “servicing” department won’t be there for you.

I leased a 2022 Polestar 2 starting in February from Polestar Boston. When it comes to such a big purchase I like to hold reviews. Let me first saying that Phil, and Brandon were amazing. The pre-ordering, test drive, etc.. etc.. any experience was relaxing and as is. There were no gotcha's, pressure, or etc... any any time. Now onto the Polestar 2 itself. What an amazing vehicle, it handles well, is quick, quiet, responsive, and built with quality. All the regular over the air updates have been quite positive increasing range, speeding up charging curve, adding extras like apple car play...etc...etc... I'm at 5.5k miles so far, and the car has been wonderful. We only had one minor software glitch with the AC but upon calling polestar support which answered immediately we troubleshot the issue over the phone in a few minutes and it was resolve. A+++ All around.

Great service. They were willing to bend over backwards for questions before purchase. Huge fan of set pricing as it eliminates so much hassle from car shopping. Note that polestar also will bring a test drive to you which is super convenient.

Purchase was smooth and delivery was actually early but, there was no lnstructions at drop off just a currier. Since then customer support has been virtually nonexistent. New phone won’t pair with the car and cannot get anyone to help. Trying to order the all weather car mats and cannot access them on the website and cannot get hold of anyone to order them from the dealership. Nice everything else not so much. Will stick with the Volvo EV’s from now on.Update. I have had some software issues with the vehicle and have been able to contact the dealership since the first review. They have been prompt and repaired the issues quickly.

I've got the first Polestar 2 registered in Massachusetts, so that means I've had the most elapsed time to experience service. For some reason, my car doesn't get the OTA updates, which doesn't bother me that much as I can just take it down to Polestar Boston where Adam Centauro heads up Polestar service.Adam is polite and efficient and he listens to what I have to say and then acts on that knowledge. He went out of his way to make sure the car was handled the way I had requested. 'Just a nice guy who does his job well and it's appreciated. (Otherwise, why would I bother writing this review?)
