Monica is the only person who helped this nail biter stop biting her nails. She (and Dee) do a terrific job in a chill setting. My go to for gel manicures! I've sent several friends there too and they all agree- this place is great!

Every time I visit Monica (the fantastic owner) she absolutely slays my nails. I used to get only Dip powder. My very first time there I wanted to try getting designs. I went in with a inspo pic and we adjusted it to what worked for my nails (shape and sized) and switched up the colors. She educated me on gel nails and using builder gel to get my nails looking the way I used to do by having tips put on. I have not had dip powder (or tips except for when I have broken my nail) since because with the builder gel, my natural nails can grow without getting damaged each time I change polish because there is no soaking off process. She always is so patient when working with her clients and really makes sure they are satisfied with their nails/service. Highly highly recommend!

This place is great! I've had a gel manicure and pedicure by both Dee and Monica and have been very happy with the results and attention to detail provided by both. I spent a lot of time researching a new place after the nail salon I used to go to closed down and am very happy I found Polish n' Refine! I consider myself extremely picky and would recommend this place in a heartbeat

I've been searching for a place to get the perfect gel pedicure and I think I've finally found the place. I can't remember the woman who did my pedicure but I'm in love. I'm extremely particular about how it's done- how many coats, the shape, leaving polish on the skin. Polish n' Refine exceeded my expectations and will now be my go to place for gel pedis.

I got a gel manicure and pedicure here on Saturday. It wasn't too busy and since I made an appointment there was no wait. I've been struggling to find a good nail salon since moving here but this place is great. I'm not the most talkative since I come after work and am just exhausted, they respect that and it's a great experience to just relax for awhile.

Polish n Refine is an outstanding West Roxbury business! I am always pleased with their work cleaning up my worn out nails. I simply go for a no-polish mani-pedi. The repeat business I see coming to the salon tells me that people like the polish work that the staff do, too. Give this reasonably priced nail salon your business! I got a mani/pedi today. It was sub-par, including the paint. The pumice sponge was literally in shreds and it made me very concerned that they are using a reusing pumice sponges with different customers. I thought those couldn't be reused per health code. Anyhow, I will not be returning.
