I haven’t been to this location is over 2 years. Well I’m lying I stopped there in September to grab a sweater because I was cold and got one for 10 bucks BUTT!!! I go there Saturday 11/15/2025 at 2om exactly. They have “sale” price but unnoticed that the same “sale” item the forgot to take off that tag it was tagged at 18.00 but the “sale” price was 22.00. I looked around and noticed this on 4 other item. They are marked down but really it more the org. I have photos and vids. This is DISGUSTING! There prices are like targets now. And the clothes are cheaper material. How dare they play in our faces while over 1000000 Americans are without ebt or help and they want to make things go up more! But not even the right way. A sticker hiding the cheaper priced item! Then when u call them out they say I can have it at the price I found but that the real price was the 1st sticker. Then said I had to leave after I bought it and was waiting for my older kids to find there order. If u look at that they are all 5 but they have a sticker over the org. One this isn’t right! DO BETTER!

Really nice store — but the fitting room policy is just ridiculous. It totally kills the shopping vibe and makes it impossible to buy anything with confidence. If this is the level of customer experience we’ve come to in this country, that’s honestly just sad.

Be careful honestly the cashiers charged me for too many items I was on train home by the time I realized and they wouldn't do anything to help. They checked the cameras saw that it was true and still said they won't refund unless I paid to go back. So no longer purchasing at primark myself because they really won't help you even if they make the mistake. Just bad customer service unfortunately

I have been to many primakrs and was fairly disappointed with this store. It was very disorganized and dirty. The prices were higher than any other location I have been too. You can buy a better suitcase for much less $$ than what they have. Clothing is about the same story. Its more like overpriced clothing from online overseas companies.

I was sooo excited to come here and buy awesome things! I have found some bike shorts that you can wear underneath your dresses if your thighs are having the moment due to the heat. Also this blue blouse is amazing, and many things more.
Also, the Boston mug - better souvenir than the magnets! 😍 Every Boston souvenir you could need you should buy here!

As a company critic, this writer has entered the building many times to observe and shop.
Downtown Crossing (RED, ORANGE) inside the station can be difficult to navigate at times. Tip- leave from 'Park St', be across the street.
Parking can be difficult to find (traffic)
Uneven ground so be careful walking.
Almost at every entrance, there is a security person. It can be busy inside.
There are baskets you can use while you look around. The prices are reasonable but at times not best quality.
Lots of walking. Elevator and escalators are presented.
Clothing on the floor not picked up yet. Shoes not handled properly after customer decision. Loud kids at times.
Long lines to pay. They use brown bags or you can buy they reusable ones. Employees stocking items up.

I usually love primark even if this location can be hell on earth with how packed it can get and how long it takes to check out. but i tried returning a few items today a week after the return policy window and was just completely shut down. even after i tried explaining i have not been in the country for the past month so i apologized but that is why i am trying to return the items now. i have never heard of returns not being honored just a week after the date and not even receiving store credit or being able to exchange. they said they do it “sometimes” but are not doing it now … lmao. legit got told to go donate the clothes to people outside if i didn’t want them. so never shopping here again. macys was accommodating right after this with the same policy and i had bought the clothes the same day.

Privileged location in downtown Boston, store with a pleasant atmosphere, a lot of organization and cleanliness, we could spend the day there inside the store buying clothes, affordable prices and quality products and diversified brands.
