The manager here is very nice, helpful, and has such a positive attitude! One of my lockers was broken, and he immediately offered me a different one that was safer and more secure. I really appreciated how quickly and kindly he handled the situation. The storage unit area is also very affordable and i highly recommend!

Location has absolutely insane access hours to the point where I felt like they were holding my belongings hostage. Also they were closed on September 1st. Yes, this was labor day, but it was also the biggest day in Boston for moving. Furthermore, they made no indication of this closure until two weeks before. I had movers paid for and planned MONTHS in advance of this move, and this completely disrupted my plans and cost me hundreds of dollars. It's one thing to close the office, but simply hiring a security guard and ensuring access hours would have worked.
The state of my unit was also frankly gross. The place is poorly maintained. The front door doesn't work, the bathroom is out of order constantly, the ceiling is peeling and the chips will fall on your stuff, and the elevator is finicky at best. I have routinely gotten stuck in said elevator with it not letting me go down to floor one.
I would not recommend this storage unit to anyone, especially not a Boston college student. If you must rent with prime, go to the southie location. The staff here is rude and uncooperative.
