Poor customer service at the desk. I paid for my unit and received it online. All set?
No. I arrive to move in my stuff and I’m told I must buy their insurance. “It’s mandatory.”
Yet I was given a sales contract and assigned a unit without their “mandatory” policy for $17/month.
Egregious attempt to tack on nonsensical expenses to a customer.
The staffer, when he occasionally visited the office desk, basically said “take it or leave it.”
Finally a manager (Joe?) arrived with some common sense and advised me if I had an existing homeowners policy that covered storage then their policy wasn’t necessary
Poorly run place.

Jean made sure I had an excellent experience here. He even offered me a move in package filled with all the supplies that I will need to move out. Overall, Jean is an exceptional employee!
