Jasmine was my stylist for the appointment and she was so sweet and understood exactly what I was looking for. I adored her and she deserves a promotion :)

Alterations Scheduling was a nightmare! I purchased my wedding dress in November 2023, and got married in November 2024. My SHOPPING experience was great, and I decided to do alterations through the store as well. I scheduled both fittings at that time to ensure I would be able to fit them into my schedule, living over an hour away from their location. Pronovias re-scheduled my first fitting a month before, which was fine. They then did not reach out to me before my fitting and I thought that was strange. When I finally got them on the phone the day prior, they tried to cancel on me as this day didn't work for them. After a 40 minute conversation with the then manager explaining how unacceptable this was, they ended up honoring the appointment, but didn't hesitate to make me feel uncomfortable when I arrived. I flew my mother in law up from Florida for this fitting and the professionalism from their team was highly lacking. I made my final payment while I was at my first fitting as requested. On my second fitting- they rescheduled again the week before. The list goes on and on. They tried charging me again for my final payment at my last fitting and I had to go into my bank statements to prove that I paid for it. The associate didn't charge me tax- so I had an extra payment that was due at pick up. Overall, the dresses are beautiful, but they did nothing to make this experience right for me. It was a logistical nightmare and that is why I am writing this honest and disappointing review. A simple discount on something or throwing in a bonus accessory of some sort would have sweetened my experience after so many issues. They need to hire more experienced staff as this is a luxury bridal store and my experience was unacceptable.
(To add- I have been a luxury sales associate at dress stores, and also in the jewelry and watch industries)

I was very disappointed with my experience at Pronovias.
I was in Boston visiting my parents and sister and decided to try on gowns and this salon was one of two I went to.
We arrived early to my appointment (by 8 minutes) and I felt as if I was an inconvenience for being early and being there at all. I was not greeted with warmth or joy about looking for my gown or my upcoming wedding.
I had spoken with a consultant and believed I made it clear there was a specific gown I was interested in but wasn’t told it wasn’t at the salon or anywhere in Boston. That being said, most of the gowns I had “liked” in my profile were not pulled for me to see or try on. I had made it aware over the phone I was only in town for a short time, she did offer to have that gown I was interested in sent in from New York, but that would have been nice to do prior to my appointment or let me know it wasn’t there prior to my appointment. The gown wouldn’t have arrived until after I flew out so that unfortunately was not an option.
I also felt as if my consultant was not interested in her job, I was just handed gowns in the dressing room to try on with little to no help stepping into them. She did not seem to know the inventory, for example I had on a gown that was similar to another on a hanger I saw, I mentioned the gown with a similar lace pattern and the consultant went for a completely different gown than the one I had mentioned and a guest of mine had to go point it out to her.
Overall I felt like an inconvenience for even thinking of coming to Pronovias at Copley.

I got married three weeks ago, bought my dress from Pronovias Boston. The dress I tried on was fully lined, but the dress that arrived at the store had an unlined, naked illusion bodice. The store requires/suggests that you use their in-house tailor, so that person had to line my dress 18 days before my wedding.
I was there four times in a year and each time they had completely different staff, always on loan from other Pronovias locations. Finally, they stained one entire back panel of my dress with water, and when I pointed it out they told me it was still drying from being steamed. The stains remained on the day of my wedding.
I do not recommend that anyone purchases a dress from this location, they seem incredibly mismanaged. This was the only sore spot in my wedding planning process and caused me so much stress and grief.

I am set to get married in October and bought my dress in January. Both times I have had a scheduled fitting they called and asked me to move my appointment backwards to accommodate other people (today included and my second fitting was supposed to be Monday). I find this both completely nerve wracking and also very unprofessional. They mentioned they are moving me to accommodate a bride who is getting married this week and her dress isn’t even done yet! I also was told by one rep that she did not know why I was charged a fee by another rep. It seems like total chaos here. Not a fault of the reps but of management.
If I knew this was going to be the case I would have gotten my dress somewhere else and I would recommend others do the same.
I just hope to god my dress is ready for my wedding the way I want it to be! Not at all what I expected from Pronovias or how I wanted this experience to be.
Update: I am getting married in one week and needed to go and take my dress from them and bring it to a new tailor to make sure that it gets done on time. I will be paying a rush fee and the condition of the dress when I picked it up was such that the new tailor needs to undo a lot of sloppy work and redo it. There were stains on the dress as well which now need to be cleaned. I am appalled at the customer service and overall management at this store. Appalled.
Notice how the owner has commented on many of the five star reviews here but has actively avoided the negative ones of the ladies who had a bad experience with alterations ? This is how they treat clients when they mess up- by avoiding them. Shop somewhere else.
10/1/24: a note that I followed up with the address posted comment from Pronovias a year ago and no one ever responded, so that comment was purely performative. To this day I have not gotten an actual response.

The staff is excellent, the dresses are beautiful and in great shape, and the store is very clean! Pronovias was my third store to find a wedding dress and I wish I had gone their first!

I had higher expectations given Pronovia's reputation. While Jasmine was courteous to both my guests and me, her demeanor came off as judgmental when discussing my budget. It wasn't until we increased my budget mid-appointment that I started receiving the warmth and better service I initially anticipated. Ironically, the dress I loved was actually within my original budget, contrary to what I was initially told. Ultimately, I decided to find a dress elsewhere. I hope Pronovias recognizes that a prestigious name is meaningless without a team that values the customer experience. Your attitude can significantly influence a sale and impact future referrals.

I had a fantastic time working with Bianca! I first visited the salon alone early in my dress searching process and ended up saying "Yes!" on a return visit with family. Throughout the entire process, Bianca was so kind and did an excellent job pulling a variety of styles that fit my "vision." She was patient, never pushy, and truly listened to what I liked/did not like about each dress so that she could select others accordingly. The dress I ended up choosing was one of her suggestions!

It was my first time dress shopping and trying things on, so I was very nervous! Bianca was my stylist and was super sweet and welcoming. She made me feel relaxed and I could try things on at my own pace. She was very conscious of my asks and budget which I appreciated very much! I did love some of her selections, and currently contemplating it over.

I came over with a group of friends and the bride to be and Lizeth took really good care of us!She was able to take our comments from testing out the first dress and all her other suggestions made our friend look like a princess! She was very encouraging and friendly!I’ll definitely come back to test dresses here for my own wedding but let me get me a groom first! ?

I've had an extremely negative experience with Pronovias Bridal's Boston store, beginning with an appointment of wasted time in January. Despite a scheduled appointment for a product I was assured was in stock, I found that it was unavailable after waiting 30 minutes in the store. This led to subsequent visits and parking fees totaling $60. The accessory, upon finally obtaining it, was disappointingly stained with foundation, mascara and perfume scented, raising concerns about its condition and authenticity. Despite reaching out for resolution since February 21, I've received minimal response, exemplifying poor customer service from a “luxury” brand that should prioritize top-tier service. Seeking a refund for the flawed overskirt, I'm frustrated by the lack of quality control and customer care. Despite multiple attempts, including calls, emails, and texts over the past week, my efforts to seek assistance from Pronovias Bridal's customer service, Tammy Farris, or Dijana have been largely ignored. To this day I still have no resolution and no refund. The lack of responsiveness adds to the frustration of my already challenging consumer experience, especially one that should be a special experience as a bride. I highly recommend avoiding Pronovias Bridal Boston altogether. In response to your reply: I have tried emailing calling and texting several times with several people and still have no resolution to any of the above issues.
